“The customer service here is great, cannot be faulted. The room, however, was small, quite cramped and poor air circulation. Sadly it also wasn't clean, I requested to be moved from my initial room as the bathroom was not cleaned at all, and the bed was infested with bed bugs. Overall, a very average hotel.”
