“Had a nice stay and a nice room but humidity in the room was horrible. A/C was limited to 21C at the coolest (74F) and wasn't pulling any of the humidity out. Washed a shirt the first day and still wet on day 3. Told us to keep the window open but it was raining outside or wet so it just made things worse. Otherwise the staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Nice hotel. Decent breakfast included. Close to the Termini train station which is convenient. Room was very warm. Had to open the window to sleep comfortably (and this is at the end of November) but it seems no one here really has control over heating or air conditioning due to the cut energy crisis in the EU. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
