“This hotel is definitely ok. The views on the upper levels can be nice but the pool and spa are both very basic. The bathroom was clean but the shower had mold spots on the wall.
Overall this hotel is a solid four stars but is definitely not a luxury spa. Watch out for parking costs which are $45 a day.
The location is great for walking around the tourist area of Waikiki and easily accessible to ask the beaches”

“O gerente era bom. No entanto, as senhoras da recepção não foram nenhuma ajuda. Fomos colocados em quarentena devido a este sistema defeituoso. E as senhoras da recepção nos tratavam como criminosos. Envio de segurança para escoltar a comida, implicando em situação de albergue. Isso foi feito por apenas um membro individual da equipe. As outras vezes que pedíamos comida quando aquela pessoa não estava trabalhando, eles não mandaram segurança. Sem falar que comecei meu ciclo menstrual inesperadamente e não tinha nenhum produto feminino comigo. Liguei para a recepção (porque não tínhamos permissão para sair do nosso quarto) e perguntei se eles tinham algum que eu pudesse comprar ou se eu poderia pagar alguém para ir buscá-los, bem como para o produto. Ela se recusou a enviar alguém ou me ajudar de qualquer maneira. Disse que ela não pode mandar ninguém, eu não posso ir buscá-los, e eles não fornecem no hotel.Estas são apenas algumas das razões pelas quais não recomendo este lugar! Eles eram pouco profissionais. Exceto que o gerente foi legal, quando eu realmente consegui falar com ele.”
