“El hotel fue una decepcion absoluta para mi y mi familia. En primer lugar, ningun miembro del equipo de recepcion hablaba castellano, lo cual me parece una falta grave de un hotel que se supone que es de categoria. Ademas, reserve 3 noches y ellos en su programa interno solo marcaron 2, obligandome hacer el check out a las12 del medio dia cuando me venian a recoger a las 3am. Ellos en vez de prolongarme la estancia, me obligaban a marcharme y bloquearon la entrada en la habitacion. En conclusion, un hotel que no se lo recomiendo a nadie que vaya a visitar Chicago. Decepcion absoluta.”
