The gym was open early and closed late, and for the size of the hotel was excellent and packed with lot of options. They also had a pool and jacuzzi, although the latter was closed for maintenance while I was there. The lobby area features a little store where you can buy drinks and snacks. The hotel has both a bar on the second floor as well as Roaring Fork attached to it on the first floor. My only gripe was that I had a large water logged section of my carpet when I checked in. It was an annoyance but the hotel sent housekeeping to dry it while I was out. Other than that, good location, comfortable rooms, and a good hotel stay overall”

Fiquei aqui para uma conferência. O hotel era bom, gostei da vibração e da estética. Os quartos são espaçosos. A academia abria cedo e fechava tarde, e para o tamanho do hotel era excelente e repleta de opções. Eles também tinham uma piscina e jacuzzi, embora este último estivesse fechado para manutenção enquanto eu estava lá. O lobby possui uma pequena loja onde você pode comprar bebidas e lanches. O hotel tem um bar no segundo andar e o Roaring Fork no primeiro andar. Minha única reclamação foi que eu tinha uma grande seção de meu carpete registrada com água quando fiz o check-in. Era um incômodo, mas o hotel enviou a limpeza para secá-lo enquanto eu estava fora. Além disso, boa localização, quartos confortáveis e uma boa estadia no hotel em geral

Bem, não tenho certeza de como classificar este. Ele estava limpo e os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto era um pouco pequeno, mas eu gostei da decoração e do banheiro, em particular, era bom. No entanto, e eu odeio amassá-los demais, mas não havia café com cafeína em qualquer lugar, exceto do outro lado da rua, no café. O café no quarto era descafeinado e eles não ofereciam café no lobby, exceto nos fins de semana, eu acho. No geral foi uma boa estadia.

Great hotel. I visited for two nights in early November of 2021. My wife and I had the pool and gym to ourselves, and no kids. The coffee in the lobby was not so good but there is a great coffee shop around the corner.

Well I'm not sure how to rank this one. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was somewhat small but I liked the decor and the bathroom in particular was nice. However, and I hate to ding them too much, but there was no caffeinated coffee anywhere to be found except across the street at the coffee shop. The coffee in the room was all decaf and they didn't offer coffee in the lobby except on the weekends I guess. Overall it was a good stay.

Nós estivemos aqui para um casamento. Liguei uma semana antes para solicitar um microondas em meu quarto devido a uma dieta médica restritiva que estou seguindo. Depois de esperar uma eternidade no telefone para falar com alguém, o concierge finalmente atendeu e me disse para pedir o micro-ondas quando eu estivesse fazendo o check-in pessoalmente. Alguns dias depois, quando fiz o check-in, eles me disseram que "não usam microondas" e que não há UM ÚNICO em todo o hotel para eu usar. Eu tinha trazido muito da minha própria comida e teria apreciado se eles me avisassem com antecedência que eu não teria como aquecê-la ou comê-la! Em vez disso, suas respostas foram conflitantes. Além disso, quando liguei para a recepção do meu quarto para fazer uma pergunta, tentei por mais de 15 minutos falar com alguém, mas eles NUNCA PEGARAM O TELEFONE. Atendimento ao cliente absolutamente ridículo e péssimo. Sem mencionar que o chuveiro também cheirava a pés. We stayed here for a wedding. I called a week beforehand to request a microwave in my room due to a restrictive medical diet I am on. After waiting forever on the phone to get a hold of someone, the concierge finally answered and told me to request the microwave when I am checking in in person. Fast forward a few days, when I checked in, they told me they “don’t do microwaves” and that there is not a SINGLE ONE in the entire hotel for me to use. I had brought a lot of my own food and would have appreciated if they let me know beforehand that I would not have a way to heat up or eat any of it! Instead their responses were conflicting. Also, when I called the front desk from my room to ask a question, I tried for over 15 min to reach someone but they NEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE. Absolutely ridiculous, abysmal customer service. Not to mention the shower also smelled like feet. And the walls were so thin that you could hear conversations from neighboring units or drunk people screaming in the hallways at 3am. We parked in a nearby parking garage otherwise valet would have charged a whopping $49/night. All in all, I can’t believe we paid $235 Inc. tax to stay here. I’ve had better experiences at Holiday Inn. And the $235 is even with a wedding party discount! Go elsewhere!

Pessoal é ótimo. O edifício, o restaurante e o bar internos são lindos. Usar a chave do seu quarto para usar os elevadores é ótimo para aumentar a segurança. MAS, os depósitos do quarto a cada noite são um pouco pesados. O preço do manobrista para cada noite é um pouco ridículo. Quando você pode usar o estacionamento a poucos passos de distância do hotel (prédio ao lado) e usar o app spot hero e pagar bem abaixo do preço de apenas uma noite com manobrista para toda a duração da sua estadia. O cofre dentro do armário não funcionou, então deixamos a placa de não perturbe na porta para proteger nossos objetos de valor. O frigobar era uma caixa de luz inútil. Não ficou frio o suficiente para algumas bebidas. O estilo dos quartos é típico e não apresenta nenhuma semelhança com o lindo foyer. Tamanho do quarto Queen era decente se você não estiver realmente em seu hotel para a sua estadia, exceto para dormir. Em geral, os preços noturnos são para o local. Staff is great. Inside building, restaurant, and bar are gorgeous. Using a your room key to use the elevators is great for added safety. BUT, the room deposits each night are a little on the heavy side. The valet price for each night is a bit ridiculous. When you can use the parking garage a stone throw away from the hotel (next door building) and use spot hero app and pay well below the price of just one valet night for the entire length of your stay. Safe inside closet did not work so we left the do not disturb sign on the door to protect our valuables. The mini fridge was a useless light box. Didn’t get cold enough for a few drinks. The style of the rooms are typical and show no resemblance to the gorgeous foyer. Queen room size was decent if you are not really in your hotel for your stay except to sleep. Overall the prices nightly are for the location. Make sure to use a discount hotel app to book your stay. You can walk almost everywhere. Side note keep in mind the city has gone down hill because of the homeless. It stinks pretty much everywhere and the people/curse at you if you don’t stop to give them something free.

Beautiful, historic building in a great location. We loved our room and the staff was very friendly. We were disappointed that the bar was closed (until further notice) and the only restaurant attached to the hotel didn’t open until 5:00. Basically, you can’t get food or drinks before 5 unless you leave the hotel. Good news is you only have to walk across the street for that. We parked in a public parking lot at 8th and Brazos that was $30 a day (better than the hotel’s price of $49). There’s lots to do within walking distance, which was great. Ultimately, I would stay here again because of location and elegant ambiance.

The start of my journey into the entrance of the Stephen F Austin was spectacular. Mostly, due to the staff, location, and amenities. Anthony runs a tight ship, making sure to touch all points of customer service. When approaching the service counter, the ease to register, obtain crucial information regarding amenities, and advice on the best way to enjoy the area was pleasant 😀👍. The rooms were welcoming 🙏, clean, and comfy. Lots of space, great service when needed, and hidden treasures of coffee service within the entertainment cabinet. It was a joy to stay and a big shout out to Anthony for his wonderful service ❤! I can't express this enough, Anthony leads his crew by example. Keep up the great work team Stephen in Austin, Tx!

Nós ficamos lá em um fim de semana prolongado e reservamos um tamanho de quarto bastante grande com uma cama queen size (que parecia mais com uma cama king size!) A localização é convenientemente muito perto do local mais animado de Austin; A 6ª rua. Você realmente não precisa se preocupar se quiser sair no centro da cidade e, obviamente, há MUITO e muito o que fazer nessa área. No entanto, o custo do estacionamento no hotel é de US $ 45 por noite, o que é um pouco caro. Há também um estacionamento "público" literalmente na esquina do hotel, que é apenas um pouco mais barato, então você pode também pagar pelo estacionamento do hotel por uma questão de conveniência. A equipe, como quase todos os outros hotéis da mesma faixa de preço, foi incrível; muito educado e prestativo! Mas o hotel foi definitivamente super econômico com coisas de cortesia e pequenos aparelhos no quarto! Não havia café ou chá no quarto, e também nenhuma máquina de café ou micro-ondas. We stayed there over a long weekend and reserved a rather large size of room with a queen sized bed (which looked more like a king sized one!) The location is conveniently very close to the most happening spot of Austin; The 6th street. You really don't need to take a care around if you want to hang out in the downtown area and there is obviously LOTS & LOTS to do in that area. However, the cost of parking at the hotel is $45 per night, which is a little too much. There is also a "public" parking garage literally around the corner to the hotel which is only slightly cheaper, so you might as well just pay for the hotel parking for the sake of convenience. The staff, like almost all other hotels within the same price range, was of course amazing; very polite and helpful! But the hotel was definitely super economical with complimentary stuff and small appliances in the room! There was no coffee or tea in the room, and also no coffee machine or microwave. I personally consider that the worst aspect of our stay. Another issue, which might not really bother many people, was the poor insulation of the windows. They let a lot of noise pollution in although they were double glazed. It was a problem specially because of the location of the hotel. I don't think I will go back again but I think you can have a great time there if you don't mind the issues above!

I placed a request for a late check-in. The hotel staff accommodated my husband and me. Anthony Durham checked us in; his customer service was astounding! Due to the hotel's availability, he was kind enough to upgrade us with no extra charge! Anthony was very kind and knowledgeable about the area! The hotel room was clean and comfortable. I will be staying here again when we revisit Austin!

Thank You to Rodney and his Team at the Stephen F. Austin. Their hard work and dedication over the last week helped a lot of people that were negatively affected by the Texas Snovid 21. They were professional, courteous, and understanding although under severe pressure and living through this disaster themselves. They worked all day and night while taking breaks to sleep at the hotel as it was nearly impossible at times to leave the property. I am grateful for there service and will recommend this Historic Austin site to any visitors. Thank You All 🙏

A piscina está triste. Um quadrado retangular para voltas com jacuzzi. Todo o resto foi ótimo. Tinha uma ótima academia. O interior dos quartos é bonito. Pisos de mármore. O pessoal é simpático. O restaurante tem comida muito boa se você quiser. A desvantagem é o plano de gastar mais no estacionamento. Por uma noite passei 30. Por 40 você pode ter o estacionamento do manobrista. Há outro estacionamento longe por talvez menos. A vista do meu quarto não era das melhores. Austin está fazendo muitas construções em todos os lugares. A uma curta distância para ver a capital. Basta saber a polícia de toda a área.

The pool is sad. A rectangle square for laps with a jacuzzi. Everything else was great. Had a great gym. The interior of the rooms are good looking. Marble floors. The staff is nice. The restaurant has really good food if you want. Downside is plan on spending extra on parking. For one night spent 30. For 40 you can have the valet's park. There is other parking far away for maybe less. The view from my room wasn't the best. Austin is doing a ton of construction everywhere. Walking distance to see the capital. Just know police hard the whole area.

We stayed during "COVID" and thought the hotel was clean and set up to make us feel comfortable during our stay. The staff was very pleasant and available to assist with anything we needed. They made good recommendations on food and places to walk in the area. The room was quiet and had a warming historical feel. The mattress and pillows get an A+ as well! The hotel is right across the street from campus which was great for walking. My girlfriend felt safe running early in the morning around the community

Staycation rápida durante o fim de semana do Dia do Trabalho. Reservado no 'Pacote de Estacionamento Diário', que inclui estacionamento com manobrista diário com privilégios de entrada / saída ilimitados, avaliado em US $ 44 por noite. Gostamos muito de nossa estadia e gostaríamos de agradecer a Jason P., da recepção, por atualizar nosso quarto por ser membro do IHG. Isso realmente fez a nossa estadia ainda mais especial. Ficamos impressionados com a limpeza do hotel e a velocidade do manobrista em conseguir nosso carro, embora não tenhamos que usá-lo muito, já que o hotel está localizado centralmente e a uma curta caminhada de muitas atrações. We really enjoyed our stay and would really like to thank Jason P. at the Front Desk for upgrading our room for having an IHG membership. That really made our stay extra special. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and speed of the valet with getting our car although we didn't have to use it much since the hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions. We only wish our stay was longer but will be staying here again on our next visit.

Quick staycation during Labor Day weekend. Booked under the 'Daily Parking Package' which included daily valet parking with unlimited in/out privileges which was valued at $44 a night. This made the daily rate better, plus we really didn't even use our vehicle since everything we planned to do was within walking distance. James and Vincent specifically helped me out when confirming my reservation and answering any of my questions about the Intercontinental Ambassador Program, which I ended up opting in to because of the additional benefits. Room was upgraded from the Superior Double Queen to I believe the King Deluxe. Room was clean and my kids enjoyed the sleeper sofa. My kids and I utilized the indoor pool which was great. The pool itself was a little too cold for us so we were mainly in the jacuzzi. Housekeeping was very prompt with ensuring there were always clean towels ready for us. Overall great stay in downtown Austin. Look forward to staying at other Intercontinental Properties.

Aunque es un hotel de gran turismo y esta ubicado en el corazón de Austin sus instalaciones están limitadas a la construcción básica por estar en un edificio muy antiguo punto que sirve para conocer desde las alturas edificios contiguos y su arquitectura propia, su alberca muy pequeña y fuera de servicio...su ubicación imejorable a 2 cuadras del capitolio y su atención tambien, tiene un restaurant muy clásico y bello, si ...es una buena opción para estar en Austin!
