“Desk woman was very friendly & helpful. Hotel room was "ok".Privacy shade wouldn't cover entire window (had to cover bottom 6" with pillows). No TV remote in room. Dark yellow stains on towels and the towel rack (for all towels) is in the shower? Strange set up. There obviously was a recent leak from the room upstairs as the entry ceiling had water stains and blistered paint & swollen drywall. Last gripe..couldnt find an coffee at 5:15 am...but there's a starbucks down the street. Other than that, the room was clean & hotel was nice.”
