Se eu pudesse deixar 0 estrelas eu faria. Visitando a cidade como enfermeira de viagens por 6 semanas e reservou esta propriedade. No primeiro quarto, vi uma barata e o gerente me mudou para um quarto diferente, afirmando que isso é raro e nunca acontece. Depois de sair do trabalho às 12h, fui para um novo quarto e mais 3 baratas. Eu fiz check-out imediatamente. A equipe da recepção não foi útil depois que expliquei a situação, ela me disse que o carrinho de bagagem ficava no terceiro andar e, se eu quisesse, precisava ir lá para recuperá-lo. Fui cobrado pela noite e, desde então, liguei várias vezes para falar com a gerência em relação à situação. Nunca recebi uma ligação de volta apenas um membro da equipe anotando meu nome e número informando que alguém me ligaria de volta. Eu gostaria de poder enviar fotos e vídeos como prova. Irá colocar uma revisão no yelp que permite. Pior experiência de todos os tempos!!!

The first room we had was absolutely TRASHED. It looked like someone has came in drunk and treated the room like a playground! The second room we came in to was "better". I literally had to reconnect the wires on the telephone for it to work. And when we came in, the first thing I realized was that the smoke alarm was ripped out of the wall with nowhere to be seen. We also came to un-made beds and the window was wide open when we came in! And the hotel says it's rare. I hate to be offensive, WoodSpring, but yall need to at least double check the room.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Visiting town as travel nurse for 6 weeks and booked this property. First room I saw a roach and the manager switched me into a different room stating this is rare and never happens. After getting off work at 12am I went to new room and 3 more roaches. I checked out immediately. Staff at the front desk was not helpful at all after I explained the situation she told me the luggage cart was on the third floor and if I wanted it I needed to go there to retrieve it. I was charged for the night and have since called several times to speak with management in regards to situation. Never received a call back just a staff member taking my name and number stating that someone will call me back. I wish I could upload pictures and videos as proof. Will place a review on yelp which allows. Worst experience ever!!!

Baixa pressão da água. Alguns quartos não tinham toalhas. Alguns quartos não tinham cortinas de chuveiro. A equipe foi resistente no início em fornecer cortinas de chuveiro nos quartos que não tinham, mas acabou por fazê-lo. Melhor do que nenhum quarto, mas isso não diz muito.

Reservado um 2 queen. Recebi uma ligação mais cedo naquele dia perguntando quantos estavam no quarto, eram 2 pessoas. Eles tomaram a liberdade de ajustar o quarto, tornou-se uma cama de solteiro para dois adultos. Era um pouco estreito, mas com um local esgotado e alojamentos esgotados na área, acho que era melhor do que dormir no meu carro ou 1000 por noite. Se eu voltar dessa forma, ficarei em outro lugar ou farei uma cena sobre o que reservei versus o que recebo para permitir maior lucro sobre as reservas. Não muito animado com a estadia.

Poor water pressure. Some rooms had no towels. Some rooms didn't have shower curtains. Staff was resistant at first to providing shower curtains in rooms missing them but did eventually. Better than no room but that doesn't say much.

Booked a 2 queen. Received a call earlier that day asked how many staying in the room, it was 2 people. They took the liberty of adjusting the room, it became a single full size bed for two adults. It was a little narrow, but with a sold out venue and sold out lodgings in the area, I guess it was better than sleeping in my car or 1000 per night. If I come up this way again, I will either stay somewhere else or make a scene regarding what I booked vs what I get to allow greater profit over reservations. Not very excited about the stay.

Bom atendimento ao cliente, no entanto, o quarto (não-fumante) cheirava a fumaça imediatamente ao entrar e continuava entrando pelo banheiro. Tive que dormir com a janela aberta. A cortina do chuveiro tinha mofo, bem nojento. As toalhas são finas como papel.

Good customer service however, the room (non-smoking) smelled like smoke immediately upon entering it and it just kept coming in through the bathroom. Had to sleep with the window open. The shower curtain had mildew on it, pretty gross. The towels are paper thin.

Localização conveniente diretamente da International Blvd. Acesso rápido ao Flea Market e Tanger Outlet. Boa experiência de atendimento ao cliente com o Sr. Dwayne, James e outro jovem cavalheiro (esqueci o nome). A suíte nº 312 teve alguma decepção. 1. Uma luminária está apagada 2. A geladeira foi limpa do hóspede anterior 3. O chão estava sujo (sem tapetes) 4. Cobrado por dia por toalhas 5. A moldura do banheiro estava suja e não havia sido limpa 6. As baratas apareceram no banheiro e na mesa de cabeceira 7. Você deve comprar panelas e pratos para a sua estadia 8. Sem ferro/tábua de passar roupa 9. Muito estacionamento 10. Prometeu um recibo por e-mail que nunca foi recebido até que entrei em contato com a instalação 11. Traga seus próprios materiais de limpeza para estadias prolongadas 12. Se você tem alergia a animais de estimação, este não é um bom local para você

Minha filha e eu ficamos aqui por 10 dias e não recebemos nada, mas um serviço excelente do gerente e da equipe da recepção. O quarto era extremamente limpo quando chegamos e, se havia alguma coisa que precisávamos, a manutenção da casa sempre foi útil. Geladeira enorme, muito espaço no armário e fogão funcionou bem. Localização conveniente para acessar a praia e restaurantes com uma curta distância. Ficaríamos aqui novamente sempre que fazemos uma estadia prolongada na área.

My daughter and I stayed here for 10 days and received nothing but superb service from the manager and front desk staff. The room was extremely clean when we arrived and if there was anything we needed the house keeping was always helpful. Huge fridge, plenty of cabinet space, and stove top worked well. Convenient location to access the beach and restaurants with a short drive. We would stay here again anytime we do an extended stay in the area.

Convenient location directly off of International Blvd. Quick access to the Flea Market and Tanger Outlet. Good Customer Service experience with Mr. Dwayne, James and another young gentleman ( forgot his name). The suite # 312 had some disappointment. 1. A light fixture is out 2. The refrigerator was cleaned from the previous guest 3. The floor was dirty (no carpets) 4. Charged per day for towels 5. Bathroom molding was dirty and hadn't been cleaned 6. Roaches appeared in the bathroom and the night stand 7. You must purchase pots and dishes for your stay 8. No irons/ ironing board 9. Plenty of parking 10. Promised a receipt via email never received until I contacted the facility 11. Bring your own cleaning supplies for extended stay 12. If you have pet allergies this not a good location for you

Era um lugar para deitar minha cabeça. A limpeza era tão. Piso estava imundo. As camas eram ok. Eles fornecem 2 toalhas, uma barra de sabão e um rolo de TP. Quando pedimos toalhas adicionais, nos deram o terceiro grau. Nenhum serviço de limpeza para a semana. Se você quiser usar a cozinha, terá que comprar panelas e frigideiras, pois elas não são fornecidas. Perguntado sobre o café e foi-nos dito que poderíamos comprar uma jarra de café para o nosso quarto.

Es un hotel muy sucio la habitación sin papel,jabón ni toallas. y las sábanas sucias por $400 la noche muy excedido lastima que no había otro lugar donde hospedarme toda el área estaba llena mala experiencia y no vuelvo a hospedarme en uno de estos hoteles todo sucio

It was a place to lay my head.Cleanliness was so so.Floor was filthy.Beds were ok.They supply 2 towels, a bar of soap, and a roll of TP.When we asked for additional towels, we were given the third degree.No maid service for the week.If you want to use the kitchen, you have to buy pots n pans as they are not supplied.Asked about coffee and was told we could buy a coffee pot for our room.

Cuarto limpio, con refriderador grande. Estufa de dos ornillas. Espacio para ropa y otras cosas como equipaje. No hacen servicio de cuarto mientras te ospedas. Tampoco hay piscina. A 15 minutos de la playa. Estacion de gas y restaurantes populares en el area. Me ospedaria en este lugar de nuevo pues es conveniente para lo q buscaba.
