O hotel é ótimo, mas estou até agora aguardando o estorno dos U$ 50,00 dados em garantia no dia 26/04/2022. Já enviei email, mas não obtive resposta nem solução.

Nice room but the bathroom area is wide open. Just a sliding glass door for toilet or shower. Openings on both sides of sink mirror seeing into bedroom. Opaque shower glass into bedroom area. No privacy whatsoever. No luggage carts. $10 parking. Water pressure was horrible.

Clean and "modern" concept design, but many minor issues. The bathroom door slides between either the shower or the toilet, not both; which could be romantic if it wasn't a 2 bed suite? 0 privacy when you step out of the shower. Airport shuttle to Ft. Lauderdale is $35 for a 10 min drive. No baggage carts. No continental breakfast as advertised. Refridgerator in room doesnt work. There is a small but nice pool; always in the shade and only open for a few hours between check in and check out; and no hot tub. The fish tanks in the lobby are cool though.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel, excellent customer service I didn't arrive till 2:00 a.m. got right into my room it was spotless well decorated and a very comfortable bed. The elevator had a little bit of an issue because you have to slide your room key to select the floor. Breakfast was amazing a little pricey but well worth it and it's not far from the airport which worked out perfect

Novo edifício com um pequeno, mas grande ginásio. Meu quarto king size era grande e a cama era confortável. Grande casa de banho e muita luz natural e varanda. Eu tiro duas estrelas porque; não há serviço de limpeza se você não ficar por mais de 4 noites. Minha reserva foi de 3 noites e 4 dias. Como um viajante solitário, não era grande coisa não ter uma troca de toalhas. Na terceira manhã, pedi a recepção para arrumação para fazer um aspirador rápido porque notei que o chão estava realmente sujo, apesar de ter ficado descalço/meias o tempo todo. A recepcionista explicou que pode não ser possível porque o serviço de limpeza tem um horário. Quando voltei mais tarde à noite, tinha toalhas novas, lixo trocado etc., mas o chão não estava pronto. Liguei novamente e pedi uma vassoura ou algo para fazer isso sozinho. Eles enviaram alguém com um aspirador e ele passou cerca de 5 minutos aspirando, mas quando ele saiu havia literalmente pilhas de cabelo, cabelo de outras pessoas, bolas de fiapos, sujeira em todos os lugares e eu sou como 1 ele não viu no meio do chão ou 2 o vácuo absolutamente não está sugando nada. Eu acho que o último porque a sujeira estava por toda parte no chão e como alguém pode aspirar por 5 minutos e não obter um metro quadrado! Então eu andava de chinelos o resto do tempo. Outra estrela bateu porque não há café da manhã. Eles recomendam um restaurante ao virar da esquina, mas o inconveniente de ter que caminhar para o café da manhã completo com serviço de sentar foi suficiente para bater uma estrela. Eu tinha compromissos pela manhã e não havia tempo suficiente para uma refeição mais longa em nenhum dos dias em que fiquei. Este hotel não fica perto de nada, então sua opção é virar a esquina ou pegar um carro e dirigir. O estacionamento custa US$ 38/noite também. Também deprimente tanques de peixes superlotados com tubarões no lobby principal. Grandes moreias sem rochas ou corais para se esconder. Um cavalo marinho solitário em um pequeno tanque era deprimente porque são animais sociais e precisam de pelo menos três amigos para não levar uma vida miserável. Ficou alarmado com os peixes-leão no mesmo tanque que os peixes menores, pois comem basicamente tudo. Eu aprecio o desejo de hospedar uma vida marinha interessante, mas se você não pode dar a eles um ambiente adequado, por favor, não o faça. No geral, foi uma boa experiência, exceto o andar, café da manhã e, talvez eu seja muito sensível, tanques de peixes deprimentes.

New building with a small, but great gym. My King size room was large and the bed was comfortable. Large bathroom and lots of natural light and balcony. I knock off two stars because; there is no housekeeping if you don’t stay for 4+ nights. My reservation was 3 nights and 4 days. As a lone traveller, it wasn’t a big deal to not have a change of towels. The third morning I asked the front desk for housekeeping to do a quick vacuum because I noticed the floor was really dirty despite having been bare foot/socks the whole time. The receptionist explained it may not be possible because housekeeping has a schedule. When I returned later in the evening I had new towels, trash changed etc but the floor wasn’t done.. I called down again and asked for a broom or something to do it myself. They sent someone up with a vacuum and he spent about 5 minutes vacuuming but when he left there was literally piles of hair, other peoples hair, lint balls, dirt everywhere and I’m like either 1 he didn’t see it in the middle of the floor or 2 the vacuum is absolutely not sucking anything up. I think the latter because filth was everywhere on the floor and how can someone vacuum for 5 minutes and not get a square foot! So I walked around in flip flops the rest of the time. Another star knocked because there is no breakfast. They recommend a restaurant around the corner, but the inconvenience for having to walk for full sit down service breakfast was enough to knock a star. I had appointments in the morning and not enough time for a longer meal any of the days I stayed. This hotel isn’t close to anything, so your option is around the corner or get in a car and drive. Parking is $38/ night as well. Also depressing fish tanks overcrowded with sharks in main lobby. Large moray eels with no rocks or coral to hide in. One lone sea horse in a little tank was depressing because they’re social animals and need at least three buddies to not lead a miserable life. Was alarmed at the lion fishes in the same tank as smaller fish as they eat basically everything. I appreciate the desire to host interesting sea life, but if you can’t give them a proper environment please just don’t. Overall it was a good experience except the floor, breakfast and, perhaps I am too sensitive, depressing fish tanks.

The staff who are helpful are the only thing this place deserves a 1-star for. Our recent first stay here for a few nights out of necessity to be near a certain location are what brought us here. But it wasn't clean. Human hair all over everything! Baseboards, floors, towels, bed, just everything and everywhere. You'd think we had paid $50/night for that! This time, on our next visit, out of necessity once again, in looking for other options nearby, this place has the highest ratings so we unwillingly booked again. Tonight, I've already moved rooms due to ants, disgusting floor turning my clean feet brown, broken privacy blind. Staff quickly and pleasantly responded about the broken privacy blind and fixed it and I figured I'd just deal with the ants...until one climbed on me in bed! Moving time! Again, very nice staff who don't have much control. My new room is so full of human hair that I could make a wig! Make your own decision but we won't be staying here again. Maybe Red Carpet Inn for much less isn't so bad! It's cleaner!

Unfortunately not a good experience. Newer hotel and clean room but one of the worst bathroom layouts I have ever seen. Transparent door for the shower and no door for the toilet, actually it's a sliding door and one has to choose which one to kind of shut, if you want privacy forget it. Next, there are no curtains for the windows and balcony, just a mesh that allows all the light to come in, don't think about sleeping past sunrise. One more thing, what is the deal for parking? This is not a downtown hotel, charging for parking in the suburbs? My suggestion, find something less expensive but with a better room.

Their social media department is amazing. The hotel is nothing like the pics. When we got in our room there was tape on the walls and brown marks all over the baseboard. The curtains are tattered. The shower has red mold in it. What finally got me was the roach running accross the floor. Stay away. Unless you stay in the lobby the lobby is super nice.

Es un hotel..., promedio y suburbano..., el precio por noche, ahora mismo es alto y la atención sólo se limita a la recepción..., no te cambian las toallas ni la ropa de cama..., la basura, tendrás que botarla tu, o acumularla en la habitación..., si lo tomas como motel..., te funcionará mejor..., especial para aquellos que buscan aventuras y quieran seguir la fiesta en la cama..., no lo recomiendo, basado en mi experiencia ya que la relación precio calidad,está manipulada.Si tienes mucho dinero pero buscas un bajo perfil..., es una caverna cómoda..., si eres pobre y tacaño, te mereces un hotel como este...,

I come to Tryp when I need to meet up with my vendors for my business, and it is always my home away from home. My son absolutely loves it there. I always request a balcony room and they kindly go above and beyond to make us happy. On one of our stays he left his cell phone in the lobby. I didn't realize we left it there until a couple days later. When I called they had it and kept it for me until I was ready to pick it up. I always have great service here and my rooms are always clean and beautiful. My son and I always look forward to staying at this hotel. Thank you and the staff for all your hard work, we will see you in a couple days!

A great place to stay, near everything and with great accessibility to major roads and attractions nearby.

We stayed here due to missing a flight and were surprised by how nice it was for the price. We enjoyed it so much that we stayed a second night before heading to the keys. As an aquarium enthusiast, I enjoyed the tanks and ponds around the hotel!

Where do I begin… the lobby is decently nice. No breakfast though. The floor in the room was slimy very weird. Only left us 2 towels for our 4 day stay. They don’t have anyone service the rooms so we call one morning for coffee they say come down and get it yourself. Okay we’ll we were in bed had to get dressed and go down for weak water coffee. The little market charged an arm and a leg for a soda. I had purchased two sodas and a bag of chips it was 11 dollars. Ridiculous. Now the best part BEWARE OF BARTENDER JAKE. Not once not twice but THREE SEPARATE times gave himself an extra 10 dollar tip. We left him 10 dollars on a 20 dollar tab three separate times and all three times he claimed 20 dollar tip. We asked the hotel to help they said well your bank made a mistake. So twice on a debit card and once on a credit card they all made a mistake? Not how that works. They were uninterested in helping at all. The shower barely spit water out because the faucet was broken. Also the location is ridiculous we went in circles trying to find the hotel. And our view was looking at the highway and construction for 250 a night. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never stay with this hotel chain again.

Don't do it!!! I never write reviews I and I am typically kind and forgiving. But from booking to cleanliness and ESPECIALLY FRONT DESK STAFF ARE AWFUL! Second to the worst hotel experience I've ever had! And no one here seems to care. Oh sure it looks like a nice place, but very disappointing. I have pics and videos of the staff and room to prove it! Think this is an Isolated incident ? Book and stay at your own risk. More reviews to come until someone gets it. This was my first time staying at the Fort Lauderdale location. The outside of hotel and the main lobby areas including bar & pool are extremely well kept and clean. The elevator needs a tune up, also the hallways needs to be cleaned and maintained. I reserved two family rooms but had to switch out one of the rooms due to it being very uncleaned. The beds itself had food, sticky stuff and small crawling objects. In the new room I was given it was cleaner but I itched all night from bed sheets. The bathroom has zero privacy there is no door. So guess are able to see each other while undressing etc; I believe more attention to cleanliness of rooms instead of commons area would be beneficial for this hotel.

Es un hotel muy bonito, limpio, moderno, con excelente internet y servicio. No hay restaurante, únicamente tiene refrigeradores con algunas opciones de sandwiches.

The hotel is located near the highway so that makes it convenient and easy to find location. We reserved a room on a short notice. Military discount and late checkout were not allowed for our stay.We stayed overnight, hotel lobby had a weird smell similar to curry powder or some type of herb. Despite the weird smell, aesthetically the hotel is high ranking- offering LLPcontemporary design. The guest room was decent and clean. The pool is small and looks old.

Bien por la higienes y la estructura no es mala, los que limpian saben dar mejor servicio que los que atienden a Los clientes, están más dispuestos, porque los que te asisten en el caunter, son terribles, cuando llegamos hacer sheking no había nadie en la recepción, tuve que esperar un buen rato para que me recibiera y me entregaran la habitación, además nadie te ayuda con el equipaje, el seguridad de ahmfuera solo escucha música y está ahí hablando por el cel, iniciando por ahí, en la habitación todo bien hasta que despertamos a las 7 de la mona con el sol porque las cortinas no tienen blackout 😰 y cuando fuimos a reclamarles como es posible que en una habitación de hotel no tenga blackout, la respuesta es que si lo entienden pero están trabajando en eso y durariamos ahí 5 días 🥺 ni modos, esa máquina de café que tienen en la habitacion es la peor, no sirve, y nunca te reponen las cápsulas ni nada, una vez vas ya ni te vuelven a limpiar el cuarto ni te preguntan nada ni nada, y para colmo una vez ya hecho el check-out y vuelto a RD 🇩🇴 pues nos dimos cuenta que nos había cobrado una noche de más 😒 pero la verdad que lo reclamamos y nos lo devolvieron. Pero no es un lugar para volver.

Room is nice. Bunk beds are not true bunk beds but 2 stacked Murphy beds...kinda cool. Pool and cool little basketball court inside gym closes at 8pm. Too early. It could be a cool spot. Bar and restaurant closed!

Hotel limpio, moderno y muy seguro, si no tienes la tarjeta de tu habitación no puedes utilizar el ascensor, No me gusta que su ducha y el baño comparten lamisma puerta, si tienen que utilizar ambos lados al mismo tiempo alguien se quedará expuesto 😂. Su frigobares muy pequeñito pero será suficiente si te quedarás por un corto tiempo. ordenamos pizza y nunca nos llegó y salía que fue entregado, quizás se confundieron en la entrega o Talvez alguienlo se lo quedó. En fin este es un buen lugar para quedarse.

Excelente hotel! Muy buena la decoración temática imitando un crucero. Desde el lobby hasta las habitaciones tienen un ambiente de muy buen gusto que te sumerge en el mar. Peceras y objetos alegóricosal océano. La habitación bien acomodada ylimpia, con un toque moderno. La vista está ok para la ubicación (si quieres una mejor en Fort Lauderdale tienes que pagar el doble). Cerca del downtown y de la playa ( 10-15 min). La persona que nos atendió en el checking no fue muy explicativa, pero luego de eso, en la estancia, la atención fue buena. El parqueo está disponible por un cargo adicional de $10 la noche (debería estar incluido). En general quedamos muy complacidos con la experiencia en este 🏨. Lo recomendaría si quieres tener una experiencia placentera a un precio razonable.

NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL EN LO ABSOLUTO.Hicimos una reserva para un grupo de trabajo en este hotel por 5 noches. En lo que llego a la primera habitación (702) lo primero que noto es que el piso está sucio, las fundas de las almohadas manchadas y la cabecera de la cama sucia con unas marcas negras ("perfecta" limpieza en tiempos de COVID). Bajé al front desk para pedir cambio de habitación y después de advertirme de que si por casualidad usé algo en la habitación (702) me iban a cargar dinero, entonces ahí me dieron una llave nueva (409), cuando fui a verificarla, era literalmente un downgrade de la que me dieron al principio, así que fui de nuevo al front desk, pedí la llave de la habitación anterior (702) y le pedí si podía darme alcohol y algo para limpiar yo misma así fuera la cabecera de la cama y lo que me dieron fue toallitas de alcohol para las manos (una broma total). Subo a la habitación (702), ya cansada, me dirijo a bajar las persianas para cerrar el ventanal y en lo que acciono la cuerda para bajarlas resulta que todo el mecanismo de las persianas me cayó en la cabeza y en el codo, un golpe durísimo me dio, que me rompió la cabeza y me inflamó inmediatamente el codo. Bajó nuevamente al front desk, le explico la situación al recepcionista, y lo que me dice con tono burlón y sin ni verme a la cara es "quiere que le llame una ambulancia?" Le dije que no, y me dijo "bueno quiere esperar a que mandemos a alguien para arreglar la persiana?" Eran ya las 9:00pm más o menos y yo lo que quería era descansar, le dije que lo dejara así, que si era posible que me diera una habitación para poder descansar ya y listo, me dio una nueva habitación (309). Mudé todas mis cosas de nuevo, el duvet olía a que no lo habían lavado en días, el resto estaba "bien" así que simplemente decidí irme a dormir y dejar eso así. 3 días después el aire acondicionado dejó de funcionar, informé al front desk, a la media hora me dijeron que lo habían reparado, me fui al trabajo, cuando volví, no lo habían reparado nada, la habitación sigue igual de caliente y aire acondicionado sin funcionar. Todo esto sin mencionar lo terrible y escandalosos que son los huéspedes que se alojan en este hotel, escándalos en medio de la noche en los pasillos que no dejan ni dormir, el constante olor a marihuana en todas las áreas comunes, los 10$ que hay que pagar por cada día que se usa el parking o los 50$ que tienes que pagar por cada vez que quieras que te hagan limpieza en la habitación. No es un hotel excesivamente caro, pero tampoco es el más barato, nos alojamos aquí por los buenas reviews que tenía el lugar, pero definitivamente no volveremos, bajo standard de limpieza y terrible atención al cliente.

Excelente ubicación , Es nuevo abrió sus puertas hace poco tiempo y tiene un ambiente agradable . Sus desayunos exquisitos y todos los días tienen variedad. Siempre hay café de varias opciones y un teatro donde disfrutas de varias películas que puedes seleccionar . Una variedad de peceras para recrearte y un excelente personal .
