Os quartos estavam limpos e decentemente atualizados, mas o nosso tinha um layout super estranho que sugava do ponto de vista da funcionalidade. O bar da piscina é ótimo, os funcionários são simpáticos e divertidos + a salada e o salmão servidos lá eram fantásticos. Praia no resort é conveniente, mas não a água mais bonita com todos os barcos lá. Desejo que o serviço de táxi fosse grátis, $ 5 / pessoa em cada sentido cada vez que você está indo para a cidade (pelo menos uma vez por dia para restaurantes / compras) aumenta muito rápido. O supermercado Dolphin descendo a estrada é conveniente. O serviço de balsa também foi muito fácil.

Rooms were clean and decently updated but ours had a super weird layout which sucked from a functionality standpoint. Pool bar is great, staff are friendly and fun + the salad and salmon served there were fantastic. Beach at resort is convenient but not the prettiest water with all the boats there. Wish the taxi service was free, $5/person each way every time youre going into town (atleast once a day for restaurants/shopping) adds up really fast. Dolphin grocery store down the road is convenient. Ferry service was really easy too.

Our stay was amazing! Cannot say enough good thing about Westin St John! We enjoyed breakfast everyday, and Ms. Tameka was absolutely amazing! Ms Dorsette completed our day with pool drinks and amazing service throughout the day. We were lucky to have the both :)

The Westin e St. John's e suas praias são de classe mundial. Nunca estivemos em St. John, ficar no Westin significava que sabíamos que estaríamos em um ótimo resort e estávamos certos. Primeiro, o paisagismo é incrível, onde quer que você olhe é pitoresco. The Westin and St. John's and its beaches are World Class.From the wonderful flavors and food that I didn't expect at The Resort when I found out that most local restaurants were closed for the season and to the most immaculate two story villa... the Westin is a dream come true.The beaches were unreal on St. John's and The Westin was a dream to come home to in the evening.Big shout out to our boy Fitzroy who served us wonderful meal after delicious meal from The Westins kitchens. The meals were cooked with flavor and passion.Loved the food and our trip was a dream realized at a World Class resort.

Beautiful resort! Beach is clean, water is warm and calm, so refreshing! 2 bedroom villa was gorgeous, well-appointed, very clean, and right on the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots to do right on-property, fun for all ages! Lots of things to do off-property as well! Will definitely be back!!

We’ve never been to St. John, staying at the Westin meant we knew we’d be at a great resort and we were right. First, the landscaping is awesome, everywhere you look its picturesque. After checking in and a very detailed tour:golf cart ride to the room. The single king room was huge, full kitchen and laundry, amazing layout. The massive bed welcomed us after each exhausting snorkel day. Bathroom was massive and really clean. Every staff member was attentive when we needed them. Snorkels the beach restaurant had a small menu yet had everything you’d see on every other local restaurant menu. We rented to jeep to get into the national park. Google maps works on the island so it was easy to navigate as long I remembered to “keep left”. That island isn’t to large or populated so you make your way around smoothly. We came to St. John for the beaches and unfortunately never touched the Westin’s gorgeous pool. We looked at it every morning walking to the parking lot. We really loved the Mango Deli, great staff, super clean and organized. They had all the cold 6packs we needed. The Westin St John was everything we wanted it to be and more. We are coming back!

The Westin! O resort foi espetacular. Os Lofts / Villas foram lindamente decorados e espaçosos, com lavadoras e secadoras incluídas. Cada centímetro da propriedade estava bem conservado. A villa de 3 quartos foi incrível e o resort foi muito bom. A vista da baía em frente ao resort também foi excelente. O serviço em geral foi muito imprevisível. Tínhamos familiares mais velhos conosco, então tivemos que pegar ônibus (carrinhos de golfe) para locais no resort. Tínhamos que esperar rotineiramente 20 minutos por um ônibus (carrinho de golfe), mas se você não estivesse pronto quando eles chegassem, eles o deixariam. A equipe pode ser educada, mas também rude às vezes. Neil era um motorista de transporte (carrinho de golfe) de que nós realmente gostávamos e que prestava um ótimo serviço. Nós também gostamos muito de Penn, o motorista de táxi. Ele foi gentil, nos transportou para todos os lugares e foi pontual. Se o Westin pudesse trabalhar para fornecer um serviço consistente, eu daria a eles 4 ou 5 estrelas.

The Westin! The resort was spectacular. The Lofts/Villas were beautifully decorated and spacious with washers and dryers included. Every inch of the property was well maintained. The staff was very kind, personable, and attentive to the needs of their guests. The property sat on a beautiful beach and there were several additional beaches in the surrounding area to visit. Since St. John Resort is not "all inclusive"...expect to spend extra on meals. There was a restaurant and deli on the property that meets all needs for food. You will find great restaurants in the area for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner too! This is one of my favorites!

The 3 bedroom villa was amazing and the resort was very nice. The view of the bay in front of the resort was also great. The service overall was very hit or miss. We had older family members with us so we had to take shuttles (golf carts) to locations on the resort. We had to routinely wait 20 minutes for a shuttle (golf cart) yet if you weren’t ready when they arrived, they would leave you. The staff could be polite but also rude at times. Neil was a shuttle (golf cart) driver that we really liked and that provided great service. We also really liked Penn, the taxi driver. He was kind, shuttled us everywhere and was punctual. If the Westin could work on providing consistent service, I would give them 4 or 5 stars.

esta es mi cuarta vez en el hotel. la atencion y lugar es altamente recomendable. solo que esta vez nos paso algo feo, nos faltaron objetos de valor de las habitaciones. es cierto que el personal en los departamentos"no deberian ingresar" porque no estaba incluida el servicio de limpieza. pero claramente alguien ingreso y faltaron pulseras y anillos de valor de las 2 habitaciones. es un hecho lamentable y sin ninguna solucion brindada por el hotel. reparamos en el faltante inmediatamente pero como no deberia ingresar nadie en el departamento no hicimos el reclamo inmediatamente. hoy en mi pais de regreso y habiendo revisado todo claramente estamos desilusionados de la falta de seguridad.
