“Let me just start by saying I am NOT a complainer. When we travel, we usually stay very economically and KNOW what we are getting into and plan accordingly. We went to The Westin for the second half of our honeymoon- on which we decided to "splurge" a bit...assuming The Westin and a golf resort would be nice. The room was so moist and had mold in several areas even after hours of A/C and fan. The shower walls had previous guests hair on them as well as the bathroom floors. We politely asked to move rooms and they kept delaying us- for 2 nights they told us we would have a new room the following day. By then we only had one more night left and gave up on it. The staff were lovely and the grounds were pretty nice. The pool is in desperate need of resurfacing. The tiles were broken off everywhere and someone could scrape their feet. The food was good. Wish there was a late night fun spot for drinks/dancing. Lastly, the worst part of this resort was that when going to the beach, they allowed so many outside vendors to come and solicit on the walkway to the beach. We were followed and haggled all the way to the shoreline. The beach itself is nothing to note. Overall, we were really disappointed in the experience here.”

“We just finished up our stay here for the past 8 days and I cannot say enough about this place! I want to start off by saying Javier in Tower 2 of the Royal Beach Club was absolutely phenomenal!! He met all our needs throughout each day and never seized to amaze us with how outgoing he was! With that however, every single employee here was so nice and helpful! Coming back to the US has immediately felt awful after experiencing such customer service at the Westin! The food the activities the pool the beach was all absolutely the best! Will definitely be coming back!”
