First class resort. We have been to resorts all over the world and this is at the top of our list if not the nicest resort we have ever stayed at. The service is impeccable and the resort is breathtakingly beautiful. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. O and the food is 5 stars from every restaurant! We came with our 20 month old toddler and she had the best time! Super family friendly. Recommend the beachfront villa! It’s the best.

I usually don't write reviews but this resort is so impressive that I'm motivated to leave a comment. The property is well designed and built. Our room has a large hot tub and a terrace with a private pool and stunning sunrise view. Every staff is friendly and professional (probably the highest staff-to-guest ratio I've ever seen in a hotel). You can feel they are trying to offering the best experience you could imagine and pursue perfection.

The most spectacular stay of my life! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. I was greeted with the delicious drink and taken through the most magical tunnel to the resort. The hotel staff was so delightful and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room had the most amazing views of ocean with a gorgeous plunge looking over the views. The hotel restaurants were unbelievable. The tequila tasting, 12 course taco meal, and cooking class was one of kind experience. The spa experience was over the top as well. It started off with a foot ceremony that immediately put me in a tranquil state. Then I had one of their Moon treatments. It was out of this world. This was the best hotel experience I've had in years. No wonder they are rated #1 resort in Mexico. I could not recommend it more for families or couples! You won't regret it.

This is a world class resort. The property is absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained. Every staff member we encountered was warm and friendly and made sure our stay was perfect. The service was absolutely the best we have ever experienced. Our villa was beautiful and spacious and the plunge pool on the balcony was fantastic. The food was amazing. It was an incredible experience we will never forget. We typically do not vacation in the same place twice because there is so much to see in this world, but we would absolutely return to this amazing property!

My wife and I visited the Waldorf for our 25th anniversary and it was fantastic!! The resort was beautiful with incredible ocean views and was in pristine condition. Our room was amazing with a private plunge pool overlooking the ocean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for an amazing trip this is the place. We also loved being walking distance to downtown to check out the local shops and dining. They made this a great trip for us, and we would recommend it 100%!

Breathtaking, beautiful, right on the side of the mountain with tables just over the ocean. You can feel the waves and water breaking. An unforgettable evening. You can look out over the ocean and it seems endless. Very romantic. The food was excellent and tasteful. If you are lucky enough to get a reservation at this restaurant I would definitely recommend dining here. 5+ Stars!!

O que há para não amar. Os restaurantes são incríveis. A suíte com piscina de imersão é inesquecível. As amenidades de banho são de qualidade. A equipe atende a todas as suas necessidades. Embora não seja possível nadar na praia, a piscina infinita é bastante relaxante. Experimente uma dose de 250 anos de tequila com açúcar mascavo e uma fatia de laranja no bar da piscina. Yum!

What's there not to love. The restaurants are amazing. The suite with plunge pool is unforgettable. Bath amenities are quality. Staff caters to your every need. Though the beach is not swimmable, the infinity pool is quite relaxing. Try a 250 yr shot of tequila with brown sugar and a slice of orange at the pool bar. Yum!

Daniel Garcia our butler for the beachside villa was incredible! Every attention was made at making our stay perfect.. He made dinner confirmations, transportation arrangements.. morning coffee and transformed our villa to a home while there.. Hilton please recognize Daniel as a phenomenal partner. Un lugar muy bonito desde la entrada pasas por el túnel que tiene poca luz y al salir de este tienes la vista al Pacífico. Todo el lugar está en excelentes condiciones y cuidan cada detalle. An absolutely beautiful resort with a stunning location! Extraordinarily well maintained with twice daily room cleaning. The level of service at this hotel is the highest I have ever experienced after traveling the world for the last 20 years. The front desk and concierge were available within seconds via text from my phone. The one small issue I did have during my stay was corrected within minutes of being reported and the resort made sure I was compensated without me even asking. The Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos receives my highest recommendation as a truly world class experience.

I booked 4 nights on their website for the Escape package that offered stay 3 nights get 4th night free. There were no restrictions posted regarding the Escape deal. You can go there now and see for yourself. There are no restrictions. When we arrived, they would not honor the Escape deal as they said the room we booked was not included in the offer, even no restrictions regarding room type were posted. They argued with me for over an hour even after I showed them right on their own website. My view is the front desk staff is poorly trained and there was no one in management willing to step up and honor what they have in writing. Our 4-night stay was $7,000 and they would not honor their advertised package. We have stayed at the hotel many times when it was branded Capella and later The Resort at the Pedregal and the management seemed much better then. Even after I told them I was fed up and just give me my room key they continued to argue with me. The beds have seen better days, are mushy and have big dips in them. Both my wife and I had very poor sleep due to the poor mattresses. I cannot remember staying in a 5-star property with such poor mattresses. We will not be returning as there are newer more service oriented options in Cabo.

This is the most amazing resort I’ve ever stayed in. They provided transportation from the airport and back in a black Denali SUV at no additional charge. When we arrived they greeted us with cocktails of our choice. The check in process is fast and takes place in an amazing open air lobby. After checking in, they gave us a tour of the resort and escorted us to our room. Every restaurant was amazing and very upscale. They wouldn’t even let me adjust my umbrella, they beat me to it. Every evening beer, chips and guacamole was sitting on our deck table. Absolutely insane customer service! Highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal 😎!!

The place is gorgeous and they take care of you in every way. From arrival when you are handed a fresh margarita or hibiscus water to showing up to your room and your stuff is already there. The food was quite lovely and the ambiance is fabulous. We ate one night at El Farallon and the restaurant is so cool. On the side of a mountain right up near the ocean. If you're lucky you'll get a nice spray from the waves.

This resort is way more than 5 stars. From the gorgeous hotel and location on the beach (Pacific Ocean—no swimming), beautiful pools, very nice rooms, plunge pool, to the most outstanding and friendly service we’ve ever had. They made every day of our anniversary week special, staff remembered our names, and every single staff member greets you with a hello, good day, asks if you need anything. Soooo awesome. Carlos was our concierge and was the Best! If I could remember all of the staff names we were impressed by, it would be a long list.
