“Undoubtedly The Leela Palace is one of the finest luxury hotels in Bangalore. Luxury reverberates throughout the hotel right from the exterior architecture to the interiors. It is maintained with international standards with many people across the globe visiting it. The rooms are great with variety of tariffs and are of global standards and they have very spacious lounges, well decorated with arts, artefacts and also a good blend of nature. Water has also been used appropriately in their interior designs to improve the aesthetics. The professionalism of the staff is very evident right from the way they present themselves, to the way the flowers are decorated in the vases. I would certainly recommend Leela for any of my important guests. As an international traveller, I just felt that the receiving staff at the entrance can be slightly more proactive in receiving and guiding people to where they want to go or may be add a few extra direction boards. I honestly wanted to give a 4.5 stars but since the option is unavailable, I'm settling with 4. Overall, Leela is a great recommendation!”
