“Um golpe total! Ficar longe!!!Nós reservamos um quarto pelo hotel hoje à noite como nosso vôo foi redirecionado para Cleveland no último minuto, pelo hotel hoje à noite nós pagamos pela totalidade do nosso quarto, taxas e impostos. Na chegada, fomos colocados em um quarto que mal parecia limpo, tinha um rolo de papel higiênico meio usado, sem fechadura na porta (o que nos fez sentir extremamente desconfortáveis e inseguros). A experiência geral foi mais do que decepcionante, mas nada nos preparou para a surpresa que teríamos ao verificar nossa conta bancária mais tarde ... para nossa surpresa, vimos que esse golpe de um hotel tomou a liberdade de nos cobrar pelo custo total do nosso quarto e um mistério adicional $ 70. Não houve absolutamente nenhuma razão para estas duas cobranças, o quarto já foi pago através do hotel esta noite, não utilizamos nenhum serviço do hotel (serviço de quartos, mini-bar - se é que havia alguém que saiba neste momento). Ao percebermos isso, ligamos para o hotel, que foi muito evasivo sobre o motivo da cobrança desses valores e nos disse que obteríamos o reembolso em 5 a 9 dias úteis. Estamos agora três semanas depois e ainda não vimos um reembolso. Ligamos para o hotel novamente pedindo que a cobrança fosse removida / reembolsada, e nos disseram que deveríamos falar com o departamento de contabilidade em vez de oferecer nenhuma ajuda, explicação ou solução.Fique longe deste hotel!”

“A total scam! Stay away!!!
We booked a room through hotel tonight as our flight got rerouted to Cleveland last minute, through hotel tonight we paid for the totality of our room, fees and taxes. Upon arrival we were placed in a room that looked barely cleaned, had a half used toilet paper roll, no deadbolt on the door (which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe). The overall experience was more than disappointing but nothing prepared us for the surprise we would face when checking our bank account later on… to our surprise we saw that this scam of a hotel took the liberty to charge us for the full cost of our room and an additional mystery $70. There was absolutely no reason for these two charges, the room was already paid off through hotel tonight, we did not use any services in the hotel (room service, minibar - if there even was one who knows at this point). Upon realizing this we call the hotel which was very evasive on why we were charged these amounts and told us we would get a refund in 5 to 9 business days. We are now three weeks later and still have not seen a refund. We called the hotel again asking for the charge to be removed/refunded to which we were told that we should talk to their accounting department instead of offering no help, explanation or solution.
