Very good experience. The rooftop bar is very nice and has a good selection of drinks. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Forgot a charger but turns out the alarm clocks have wireless charging build in! Included bath robes are very comfortable and setting the fan on high makes a perfect brown noise machine.

This is an overpriced hotel that could be better easily. The shower has the half wall of glass and water sprays all over the bathroom floor. The electrical plugs are difficult to get things plugged into. Housekeeping never replaced the empty Kleenex box. The placement of the fridge in the strange Bombay chest filled up half of it. Why can every cut rate motel in the country have a coffee pot in the room & you can't get a cup of coffee in this hotel until 7 a.m.? Fix a few things & this place would be nice. The staff was absolutely first-rate.

Este es un hotel caro que podría ser mejor fácilmente. La ducha tiene la media pared de vidrio y rociadores de agua por todo el piso del baño. Los enchufes eléctricos son difíciles de conectar. Hotel era bonito e a estátua de cachorro era adorável. O bar da cobertura era incrível, mas o restaurante não tinha muitas opções. Samantha na recepção foi incrível e útil e forneceu algumas ótimas recomendações de lugares para verificar durante a nossa estadia. Achamos a cama extremamente dura, o que tornava difícil dormir. Também não havia como ligar o chuveiro sem se molhar e, como a porta do chuveiro estava parada, o chão do banheiro ficava encharcado após cada banho. Também estava faltando uma geladeira no quarto, mas tínhamos um tapete de ioga em seu lugar.

Vamos começar com o positivo. O serviço foi bom e útil .. no entanto, eu não ficaria aqui novamente. O valor pelo dinheiro é inexistente. Eu gastei o pagamento da hipoteca em uma estadia de duas noites. O quarto era minúsculo, com uma vista decente, direi. No entanto, o quarto não era muito limpo de poeira em todas as luminárias e espelhos. A cama e os travesseiros não são nem um pouco confortáveis. A melhor parte do quarto era a enorme banheira que também estava suja. Tive camas melhores em hotéis que custam uma fração do preço. Estou mais do que feliz em gastar dinheiro em uma experiência excepcional, mas infelizmente não é isso. Fica em uma grande parte da cidade, mas há muitos hotéis próximos e eu recomendo gastar seu dinheiro em outro lugar. Para preços de luxo, eu anteciparia acomodações de luxo.

Empecemos por lo positivo. El servicio era bueno y servicial ... sin embargo, no me alojaría aquí de nuevo. La relación calidad-precio es inexistente. Gasté el pago de la hipoteca en una estadía de dos noches. La habitación era pequeña con una vista decente, diré. Sin embargo, la habitación no estaba muy limpia de polvo en todos los accesorios de iluminación y espejos. La cama y las almohadas no son cómodas en lo más mínimo. La mejor parte de la habitación era la enorme bañera que también estaba sucia. He tenido mejores camas en hoteles que cuestan una fracción del precio. Estoy más que feliz de gastar dinero en una experiencia excepcional, pero lamentablemente no es así. Está en una gran parte de la ciudad, pero hay muchos hoteles cerca y le recomendaría gastar su dinero en otra parte. Para precios de lujo, anticiparía alojamientos de lujo.

El hotel era hermoso y la estatua del perro era adorable. El bar de la azotea era increíble, pero el restaurante no tenía muchas opciones. Samantha en la recepción fue increíble y servicial y brindó excelentes recomendaciones de lugares para visitar durante nuestra estadía. Encontramos que la cama era extremadamente dura, lo que dificultaba el sueño. Tampoco había forma de abrir la ducha sin mojarse y, como la puerta de la ducha estaba parada, el suelo del baño estaba empapado después de cada ducha. También faltaba una nevera en la habitación, pero teníamos una esterilla de yoga en su lugar.

Hotel was beautiful and the dog statue was adorable. The rooftop bar was amazing, but the restaurant didn’t have many options. Samantha at the front desk was amazing and helpful and provided some great recommendations of places to check out during our stay. We found the bed to be extremely hard which made it difficult to sleep. There was also not a way to turn on the shower without getting wet and because the shower door was stationary, the bathroom floor was soaked after each shower. Also missing was a fridge in the room, but we had a yoga mat in its place.

Let’s start with the positive. Service was good and helpful.. however I would not stay here again. Value for money is non existent. I spent a mortgage payment on a two night stay. The room was tiny with a decent view I will say. However the room was not very clean dust on all of the lighting fixtures and mirrors. The bed and pillows are not comfortable in the least. The best part of the room was the huge tub which was also dirty. I’ve had nicer beds at hotels the cost a fraction of the price. I’m more than happy to spend money on an exceptional experience but this is not it unfortunately. It’s in a great part of town but there’s lots of hotels nearby and I would recommend spending your money elsewhere. For luxury prices I would anticipate luxury accommodations.

Eu voei para Milwaukee na segunda-feira 21/9 e tinha uma reserva no hotel. Ao entrar fui recebido por uma equipe muito profissional e hospitaleira. O hotel estava impecavelmente limpo por dentro e por fora. Meu quarto era bastante confortável, com vista para o centro da cidade. Fiquei surpreso ao descobrir que a propriedade não era apenas para cães, mas também para cães, pois testemunhei a equipe interagindo com vários cães que estavam hospedados lá (eu não sabia que essa era uma política Kimpton). As 2 senhoras na recepção não poderia ter sido mais genuinamente amigável! Fiquei chocado com o preço de US $ 4,50 por uma lata de refrigerante de 12 onças, mas há um Circle K localizado a apenas um quarteirão de distância, se você escolher. Há uma abundância de restaurantes e lojas ao redor da propriedade, tornando tudo muito conveniente. Eu recomendo este estabelecimento para quem viaja para Milwaukee que desejam ficar no centro.

La azotea de Outsider es impresionante, aunque el personal nunca nos atendió. I flew into Milwaukee on Monday 9/21 and had a reservation at the hotel. Upon entering I was met by a very professional and hospitable staff. The hotel was impeccably clean inside and out. My room was quite comfortable with a view of the downtown area. I was surprised to find the property was not just dog-friendly, but dog-loving as I witnessed the staff interacting with various dogs who were staying there (I was unaware this was a Kimpton policy).The 2 ladies at the front desk couldn't have been more genuinely friendly! I was shocked by the $4.50 price tag for a 12 oz can of soda but there is a Circle K located just a block down if you so choose. There are plenty of food establishments and shopping all around the property making everything very convenient. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Milwaukee wanting to stay downtown.

Valet and front desk service were very efficient. Our room and bathroom was well cleaned. The free social hour in the lobby was amazing, and we appreciated the refills. The waitstaff at the hotel restaurant was relatively slow and impersonal, which was really the only downside of the night. Luckily the food was good. The Outsider rooftop is stunning, though we never got served by any staff. They kept coming to the fireplace we were sat at, but they would only serve the other couple sat across from us, so we had to get our own drinks. For the price of it all it really is expected that the waitstaff throughout the hotel would be more on top of it, and a bit kinder.

We booked our rooming block through The Kimpton Journeyman, and were so pleased with our experience. The hotel offered a beautiful location and special spot for our out of town guests, many of whom weren't from the midwest, to experience Milwaukee. We booked the suite for ourselves, and were so thrilled with the beautiful accommodations and resort - style experience of the room. Adam was our point of contact for the rooming block, and was so easy and wonderful to work with. He helped us coordinate a welcome drinks event at the rooftop bar the night before our wedding, and even helped my mom when she had some specific rooming requests. The whole weekend, the staff was so welcoming and kind - helping us with our luggage, and working with use when it came to vendors coming and going from the hotel on the day of. I can't recommend The Journeyman enough if you are looking for a memorable spot to stay for your wedding weekend in downtown Milwaukee.
