I've never been to Chicago before and Bobby at the front desk was very kind and patient with all of my questions that I had about the city. Even with the Covid restrictions and protocols, everything was made to feel a comfortable as possible. He did his best and it showed. Thanks, Bobby for a wonderful stay.”
