Our children gifted us a weekend stay to celebrate our 50th anniversary. So glad they selected the Chateau Lake Louise. Our treatment from the staff was amazing. Every effort was made to enhance our experience. We highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing! It was one of our birthdays, we were welcomed by the gentleman outside organizing parking and even he wished us happy birthday. All the staff were exceptional. Faye at the front desk and Rex our server in the Fairview were top notch. Even the server assistants were kind and friendly. We had a wonderful Lakeview room and had a note and small surprise in our room when we arrived from the Manager. Everything was beautiful and we so enjoyed our stay!

This hotel has beautiful views and the staff are very pleasant. That said, we paid $700 a night for a very dated junior suite and we were quite disappointed.First the room. All the decor is incredibly dated and stains all over the place.The bed itself creaked when you got on mainly because the box spring is falling apart. Other things like mold in the shower, endless noises outside and inside the room (non-stop water ticking noises) made the stay less enjoyable.Next time I would stay in the new wing where the decor is better.Unfortunately this will be the last time we’ll be staying here.

Absolutely amazing! The service here really is first class, they go above and beyond to make you comfortable and everyone makes you feel really welcomed. The rooms are comfortable, obviously the views are amazing. The pool was big and spacious, not crowded at all, very clean. Breakfast and dinner were amazing! Definitely recommend it to anybody who can afford it!

Stayed there for a night with my family, it was great with the exception of check in having some issues- long story short, something got messed up with our room and ended up being a really late check in- I believe there online service system was having issues…. BUT they handled it professionally and made it right! They gave us complimentary drinks for each of us and our kids and upgraded our room for free to include an amazing lake view!! It was a pleasant surprise! Above and beyond! Also the food there at their restaurant was amazing! The cheese fondue and chocolate fondue was quite enjoyable and the service was spot on- didn’t have to wait long either which is a big plus when you have 3 kids along. Loved the trip!!! Won’t ever forget it!

This is an amazing hotel with a breathtaking location. Sit outside on the adirondack chairs overlooking the beautiful Lake Louise. Rooms are lovely. Service is excellent. Make sure to do the lake walk which gives you every changing views and a stunning vista looking back towards the chateau. Great coffee shop, wonderful gift shops and restaurants with breathtaking views. Highly recommended.

We went here for a hike and for high tea. We really enjoyed the experience of such an event. The tea was great, as were all the pastries and bites. Our server was friendly and pleasant ans comped us some bubbly when he noticed it was our honeymoon. The view of the Lake is second to none from here. We recommend!

Five start hotel gets a five star rating. No surprise there given the quality of the chain. We have stayed here before. Great hotel with great service. Quiet modern rooms. Amazing view of the lake and the mountains. Amazing hiking trails. Horse back riding nearby. More on that on the next review. The Alpine Social is closed. Your best value for food is the Deli which is open late (if not 24/7). Please note that this hotel is not inexpensive - especially around long weekends and holidays.

Beautiful hotel! We eloped here June 17th. Staff was so kind, polite and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. Super accommodating. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed in a 1 bedroom king suite. The view was amazing. In room breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend this hotel for your special occasion!

This hotel is absolute perfection. It has been my dream to stay here and I was able to when my partner surprised me by proposing on the lake and telling us we are staying at the chateau! It was the most beautiful, fairytale I have ever experienced. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the view really does all the work. This will forever be my favorite hotel because my favorite memory was made here. The service is outstanding and I would like to mention that Antoine provided the most extraordinary service I have ever received. He absolutely made our trip THAT much more special and deserves a raise. He encompassed everything hospitality is and stands for. His presence was infectious and I appreciate all the kind things he surprised us with throughout the stay. I cannot wait to return and EVERYONE should stay here at least once in their lifetime.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we were treated incredibly well during every aspect of our stay. The room was beautiful and had a lake view, the dining experience was fantastic, even down to the chocolate croissant that I purchased from the deli. That croissant was probably the best I've ever had, however, I didn't finish it, as a bird at Lake Agnes snatched it from my hand. Also worth noting are the amenities around the hotel. They are abundant and as someone who rarely gets to see the mountains, they were breathtaking. The Lake Agnes Tea House hike, while exhausting, was worth every bit of effort. I'd highly recommend it! That and renting a canoe out on Lake Louise. Very touristy, but such a wonderful experience! Again, every aspect of our stay was absolutely wonderful!

Excellent, professional and clean. The staff were amazing - especially while this pandemic is going on. Its also very comforting to know that the rooms were disinfected and left alone for 48 hours before my husband and I checked in! They provided masks and wipes. Would highly recommend!

We visited the Fairview at the Fairmont chateau Lake Louise and it did not disappoint. The amazing views and attentive wait staff were only topped by the delicious food. Very safe and sanitary, but still welcoming. The lake is a spectacular sight from the dining room and our waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful in recommendations for the rest of the afternoon! Also, were able to top it all off with a sighting of a grizzly and her cub foraging nearby. Always a great place to visit and will definitely return!
