“Hidden away from the hustle and bustle but just moments from Chelsea’s Pavillion Rd this is a wonderful place for a short stay. Beautiful decor with a decadent feel and all your needs catered for. A small but versatile gym was a surprise find and an amazing restaurant that has a varied menu to suit all tastes.”

“Was my second stay. They totally lost their flair of an old Cody hotel and the people working there were mostly lazy and incompetent. When we arrived we had to wait in the bar because our rooms weren’t ready. We waited nearly half an hour for someone to take our order. Than we had to wait another 30minutes for our drinks to arrive. On of the Glases had lipstick on it. That was our first „welcome“. The other day we wanted to make a reservation for dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe on Hyde Park corner. The concierge wasn’t able to reach someone so he told me he would pass the information to the day team. That guy told me that the restaurant would not take reservations. When we arrived there we saw that the took reservations so the concierge did not even bother to call them.
Unfortunately for that price I could not recommend that hotel.
It used to be a nice Victorian town house but now it is just an overpriced modern hotel.
We will not return”
