Esse lugar precisa de outra revisão de cinco estrelas? Sim! Sim absolutamente. A equipe é incrível. Amigável, prestativa e complacente do começo ao fim. A piscina é incrível e os quartos são limpos. Toneladas de atividades para crianças. Esse é definitivamente um hotel voltado para a família. O café da manhã é incrível também. Eu não poderia mais recomendo este lugar

estamos todos apaixonados! Este lugar é bonito ea equipe é tão simpática, na verdade, eles são o mais gentil e doce de qualquer equipe do hotel que já encontramos. Os nossos filhos tratados como a realeza - os picolés gratuitos foram um enorme sucesso. Eles atualizaram em nosso quarto e é espaçoso e bonito. Altamente recomendar o café-da-manhã !!!

Passamos duas semanas neste resort e adorei cada minuto. Temos viajado com 4 crianças pequenas e nada foi demais para ajudar a tornar uma experiência positiva para eles. Uma curta caminhada até a bela praia. Nós tínhamos um apartamento de dois quartos e atendia perfeitamente a nossa grande família. Café-da-manhã estava incluído com o nosso quarto ea variedade foi incrível. O entretenimento familiar manteve todos ocupados eo kids club foi uma dádiva durante os períodos mais quentes. Eu recomendo fortemente o Kamala Swiss Hotel para os visitantes que vêm se hospedar em Phuket. Tive férias tranquilas e agradáveis no Swiss Hotel e agradeço por seu serviço maravilhoso.O quarto é muito limpo e os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. Uma garrafa de água por pessoa, café e chá estão sempre disponíveis no seu quarto. Há um transporte gratuito para a rua principal com funcionários animados. O bar está aberto a partir das 6h30 com funcionários simpáticos. Uma piscina limpa e incrível está sempre disponível com supervisão. Ótimo L, a equipe encontrou um ótimo negócio para uma visita à Ilha Phi Phi, à Baía Maya e a outros pontos turísticos e economizamos mais de 1500 Baht por pessoa, pelo que gostaríamos de agradecer a L. Estou animado para voltar a Phuket em um futuro próximo para mais um feriado com meus filhos, pois vim apenas com minha esposa neste momento. Ótima estadia

Que ótimo lugar minha esposa trabalha para o grupo Accor ficou aqui há alguns anos adorei o lugar, excelente serviço veremos vocês assim que a proibição de viagens terminar adorei a piscina adorei o serviço e a comida estava muito acima de um excelente restaurante

We stayed in hotel during the as I think highest peak season, family of five, two bedroom suite. Stayed in many 5* hotels and Swissotel Kamala is among few that really provide impecable service, unique natural & pleasant staff, well trained, from food service staff, reception, housekeeping, bell boys, all were smiley and approachable. Rooms need a bit of upgrade though, as I heared will be done during the year, perfect for our next coming trip. Cheers guys and thank you!

No hot water, reported to reception 10.30am and again around 4pm. At 5pm somebody finally came to look at it, needed a new boiler which they started to fit, went out for dinner just after 6 when we got back at 8.30 still no hot water, bathroom a mess anda still not able to be used and no sign of anybody working on it. Went down to reception they said it would be fixed 30mins. It's now 9.35pm we still don't have a functioning bathroom and nobody is really telling us what's going on, very frustrating when you are on holiday and the kids just want to go to bed. All this after our 1st night when we had dinner in the hotel restaurant and we where served the wrong drinks and then the wrong meal and then had to wait nearly 30mins for the replacement to arrive. Not a great start at all, certainly won't be coming back here or recommending it.

Loved this place.They catered to our kids really well.Had a week and find game for them. Bunk beds themed to their gender. Great water and great activities by the pool. We got 30 min massages that we upgraded to a longer one.Breakfast was fantastic.

Does this place need another five star review? Yes! Yes, absolutely. The staff is incredible. Friendly, helpful, and accommodating from beginning to end.The pool is amazing and the rooms are clean. Tons of activities for kids. This is definitely a family oriented hotel. The breakfast is amazing as well. I could not more highly recommend this place

we are all in love! This place is beautiful and the staff is so friendly—in fact they are the most kind and sweet of any hotel staff we have ever encountered. The treated our kids like royalty—the free popsicles were a huge hit. They upgraded on our room and it’s spacious and beautiful. Highly recommend the breakfast!!!

We have spent two weeks at this resort and have loved every minute. We have travelled with 4 small children and nothing has been too much trouble to help make it a positive experience for them. A very short walk to the beautiful beach. We had a two bedroomed apartment and it catered for our large family perfectly. Breakfast was included with our room and the variety was amazing. The family entertainment kept everyone occupied and the kids club was a godsend during the hottest periods. We will be back x

I strongly recommend Kamala Swiss Hotel for visitors who come to stay in Phuket.I had a peaceful and enjoyable holiday at Swiss Hotel and thank you for your wonderful service.The room is very clean and staff are very friendly and supportive. One free bottle of water per person, coffee and tea are always available in your room. There is a free drop off transport to the main streetwith cheerful staff. The bar is open from 6.30 am with friendly staff. Clean and amazing swimming pool is always available with supervision. Great L the staff found a great deal for a Phi Phi Island and Maya Bay and other sights visit and we saved over 1500 Baht per person for which we would like to thank L. I will am excited to return to Phuket in the near future for another holiday with my children as I came only with wife as this time. Great stay

Las habitaciones son grandes, limpias y con habitación y salón separado. El entorno es precioso pero en contrapartida esta lejos de todo aunque solo este a 300m de la playa de Kamala. Hay poco alrededor y lo aprovechan para inflar los precios En general un buen hotel si tienes excuesions contratadasy solo estarás libre dos o tres,días para disfrutar de la piscina y alrededores

Fuimos en pareja 4 noches, reservamos una habitaciÓn suite de luxe con vistas a la piscina: nos encontramos con muebles, puertas, enseres, muyviejos. la limpieza muy escasa, ropa de cama /baÑo muyusada, las toallas que te dejan para la piscina, controladisimas, super estropeadas. desayuno aceptable. el acceso a la playa lamentable, hay que pasar por debajo de un puente que parece una cloaca.destacar la amabilidad y profesionalidaddel personal que te atiende. no disponÍa el hotel de un ordenador para uso de sus clientes. calidad/precio no se corresponde.poco recomendable fecha de nuestra estancia 26-01-2018
