Beautiful hotel and a great price. We really enjoyed our stay! Security goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. We left a wallet in our hotel room and had to leave before we could retrieve it. Thankfully, a maid turned it in and the security, Presley, called us so he could ship it back to us, which I am so thankful for. Great hotel and great people!

Pillows and bed completely comfortable. Roof top pool gives a nice touch can’t wait to try it out. Will come back for that experience.Water stains were on the walls and no smoking rooms available so outside from the 17th floor kept my cigarettes to a minimum.Parking is convenient being near to the place however over priced for a guest rate and they take long getting the car so I used Lyft for my adventuresNice friendly hotel staffKey card works elevator so be sure to use it …. A experiência geral foi ok. Eu não vou voltar aqui simplesmente por causa de seu serviço de manobrista !! CUIDADO Eu testemunhei outro cliente receber seu carro danificado na noite anterior. A jovem estava chorando histericamente enquanto o manobrista nem o hotel a informavam dos danos causados ​​pelo manobrista até que ela fizesse o check-out e recebesse o carro. Overall experience was ok. I will not return here simply because of their valet service !! BEWARE I witnessed another customer receive her car damaged from the night before. The young lady was hysterically crying as valet nor hotel made her aware of the damages caused by the Valet until she checked out & received her car. This was enough for me to never come here again 🚩 🚩🚩🚩 as I received my car I thoroughly inspected it.. the whole Situation was a mess & mishandled. I left this hotel think what if that would’ve been my car ?!!

Rooms are spacious! And the staff is friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again as the hotel is in the heart of the city in terms of good eats, drinks, and more.

Apenas um hotel típico, nada do que reclamar ou elogiar. Meu quarto era muito pequeno, sem nenhuma cadeira confortável ou qualquer coisa para sentar e ler antes de dormir. Havia um pouco de poeira em alguns móveis, então acho que meu quarto estava vazio há um tempo. A equipe foi realmente simpática e as comodidades eram agradáveis.

Just your typical hotel, nothing to really complain about or give high praise for. My room was pretty small, with no comfy chair or anything to sit on and read before bed. There was a little bit of dust on some furniture so I'm guessing my room had been empty for a while. The staff were really friendly, and the amenities were nice.

I stayed here a lot and have like 4-5 stays there. Check in is not til 3 PM. However, I always checked in at 130 or 2 PM and was allowed. The staff and housekeepers are super nice. Great staff. The room was freaking huge!!! Great place. Used hotwire.com.

Location of the hotel was fine, but for the higher price we definitely could've found a cleaner, more accommodating hotel.When we approached our room after check-in (approx 4:30 pm), a display of used drinking glasses was left right outside our door.We alerted staff and this was not removed until the next day.Inside the room, women's hair was found in the bathroom and on the desk surface.Not thrilled to find this either, since cleaning protocols are said to be stronger in COVID.The hotel walls aren't soundproofed the way we expected either, as in the middle of the night we were awoken by a loudy rowdy group of men screaming and shaking their room next door.Definitely would not stay again.

Hotel muito bem localizado no centro da Filadélfia. Ótimo atendimento. O quarto é grande e conta com ótima mobília, as camas são extremamente confortáveis e dispõem de mesa com cadeira e boa iluminação caso seja necessário trabalhar. Possui um bar com opções de café da manhã (não incluso na diária) e almoço. O banheiro é grande e bem iluminado, o chuveiro também é muito bom.

Entrance to parking garage is on Market St. Bed was soft like too soft you roll to the middle and can't escape. I understand the times but maybe a smile in your voice would be nice. Cleanliness was okay since they left 2 sanitizer wipes in the room for you... Hair in sink and in tub. Small room! $50 for parking really...

Well, it's... Ok. It's clean, but the furnishings have definitely seen better days (cabinets and drawers that feel like they might fall off their hinges, fiber board that's seen a few too many bathing suits, etc). If I have to visit four floors to find a working ice machine, there might be a problem retaining staff. Seems a few years past needing a renovation. It's obviously a great location, but $50 a night for parking? In Philadelphia? Won't be racing back. We've stayed in better closer to center city recently.

There’s a narrow “coat closet” in the room instead of a larger closet to hang clothes. The bathroom was a good size overall and the bed was comfortable, along with the pillows and sheets. Unfortunately, the bedroom did not come with a comforter. The hotel walls are paper thin and the rooms have doors that connect. Noises down the hall and next door can be heard quite easily, which was also disappointing. Privacy was not granted for this stay with the way the rooms are structured. Here’s my personal issue with the room designated to us. Room 1904 to start, had an issue with the AC unit. First and foremost, it made a sudden noise every 30-45 minutes. The sound was as if someone was kicking the door down trying to get into our room through the vent. It was horrific, and I lost pretty much a whole night of sleep because of the noise. Engineer Karl (very nice person) came up the next day to try to tighten up some screws and fix the issue. The issue started to come back towards the end of our stay. Secondly, the couch area in the room had a cracked furniture that was fixed together by tape, along with markings on the wood of the couch. There’s even a cigarette burned-hole on the cushion of the couch. Lastly, I noticed as I tried to open the curtains that the curtains themselves had a very noticeable pasta-pizza-red sauce on it. Very hard to miss while cleaning. It was unpleasant to see and I avoided going anywhere near the stained area. Overall, this was the most economic and high-rated hotel in the area, but maybe next I’ll use the extra dollars to upgrade to a hotel that better suited my needs. I was not a fan of the decor inside the hotel hallways either. On a personal note, the gray and red carpet, along with red elevators, and white walls gave me “The Shining” vibes rather than a luxury hotel. Again, no blame to the staff, but the hotel itself was disappointing and I will not be returning, nor recommending it to anyone.
