Filthy, absolutely nasty! Asked to have rooms changed only to see 2 cockroaches scatter on the counter as the lights turned on in the 2nd room. Front desk hospitality is missing. Although she handled herself in a professional manner. There wasn't anything done to remedy the situation. Had to remove all my items and pet back to the car just to change rooms. The price was VERY competitive, now I know why. Its a $H!T hole of a place.

The 2bedroom suites are not really big. It's convenient to have 2 bathrooms but the bedrooms are small. The carpet in the hallway needs new carpet and the wallpaper is peeling, making it look like a 2.5star hotel. The location is nice and not far from downtown. Like 12min away. No breakfast is really offer due to covid right now. You can get pastry and fruit

the beds were so comfy and the breakfast was great....we had an amazing stay....highly recommend. our stay was a few yrs ago...I'm appalled at the horrible reviews now and didn't know it has deteriorated so much

Não faça isso! Era tão pouco profissional! O microondas não tinha placa! O esfregão para lavar pratos foi visivelmente usado. Os sofás tinham chips. O armário cheirava a trapos velhos de Mildred. As cortinas de chuveiro estavam manchadas e o chão era NOJENTO !!! Nos corredores, assim como no próprio quarto do hotel. As paredes DENTRO são tão ruins! O elevador parece ... insignificante. Eu estava com medo de usá-lo. E este deveria ser um quarto melhor. A primeira sala, as cadeiras tinham o couro arrancado dela e o ar não estava funcionando e cheirava horrivelmente em ambas as salas. Então, no check-in, foi cobrado um depósito de segurança de 250 $, mas a próxima senhora e mais alguns depois foram cobrados nenhum depósito de segurança. E as luzes na parte de trás do hotel eram nulas. Sem luz em tudo e vadiagem ppl aleatória. Normalmente não faço coisas assim. Eu gostaria de me considerar uma pessoa compreensiva. Mas minhas irmãs e eu queríamos fazer algo de bom para nossa mãe e foi completamente arruinado por essa experiência. Se eu pudesse dar uma nota negativa, eu o faria.

Don't do it! It was just so unprofessional! The microwave had no plate! The scrubber to wash dishes had noticeably been used. The sofas had chips in them. The closet smelled like old Mildred rags. The shower curtains were stained and the floor was DISGUSTING!!! In the halls as well as the hotel room itself. The walls INSIDE are just as bad! The elevator looks....trifling. I was afraid to use it. And this was supposed to be a better room. The first room, the chairs had the leather torn off of it and the air wasn't working and it smelled terrible in both rooms. Then on check in we were charged a 250$ for a security deposit but the next lady and few more after were charged no security deposit at all. And lights in the back of the hotel was nil. No light at all and random ppl loitering. I usually don't do things like this. I'd like to think myself an understanding person. But my sisters and I wanted to do something nice for our mother and it was completely ruined by this experience. If I could rate a negative I would.

Pessoal foi muito amigável. O quarto e a atmosfera eram terríveis. Havia lixo ao lado do quarto duplo. As cabeceiras estavam imundas. A cortina do chuveiro caiu da parede e levou o ladrilho com ela. O hotel cheirava a maconha e era extremamente forte. Quando puxamos os lençóis para voltar para a cama, havia sujeira preta e cabelos públicos. 😒 Novamente, a equipe foi gentil e amigável. Eu nunca recomendaria ficar neste estabelecimento.

Staff was very friendly. The room and atmosphere was terrible. There was trash beside the double bedroom. The head boards were filthy. The shower curtain fell off the wall and took the tile with it. The hotel smelled of pot and was extremely strong. When we pulled the sheets back to get in the bed there was black dirt and public hair. 😒 Again, the staff were kind and friendly. I wouldn't ever recommend staying at this facility.

The reviews are very misleading for this place. This hotel deserves a zero. Its disgusting and needs some serious renovations. I’m not sure how it’s even operating. We had to change rooms because our first room had spit and food stains EVERYWHERE. I used their blow dryer and weed and cigarette smell came from it causing me to smell like it. The wall paper is peeling off, the carpets are several stained- I wouldn’t recommend walking barefoot. The front desk attendant was really nice and understanding and immediately changed our rooms. The second room was no different. It smelled like a moldy house. Please pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.
