Esta foi a nossa segunda estadia aqui e isso porque é um hotel de condomínio com uma porta que separa o quarto da área principal, que é o que me permite fazer trabalho remoto do hotel e meu parceiro não é forçado a sair.Não foi o caso desta vez. A porta do quarto estava escorada como se não houvesse problemas e, na realidade, foi completamente arrancada das dobradiças.Em ambas as experiências, a pia demorou a escoar, mas desta segunda vez havia o que pareceram cinzas (?) Na pia. Foi nojento. Então, tentamos usar a pia da cozinha. Infelizmente, o cheiro de usar aquela pia era horrível.Estou muito decepcionado com este lugar neste momento. Os quartos cheiram "molhado" potencialmente como mofo. As propriedades traseiras têm pintura lascada (as frontais estão onde ficamos da última vez e pareciam muito melhores). A piscina não foi aberta nenhuma vez que estivemos (razões ambíguas, tenho certeza, mas outros hotéis na área têm suas piscinas abertas). Sua única qualidade redentora é que, uma vez que eles não têm uma academia no hotel (mesmo que eles direcionem você como eles fazem), você pode praticar exercícios físicos na esquina de graça (que é a recepção não nos disse ... nós mesmos fomos para a academia e ELES nos contaram porque simplesmente mencionamos que é onde estávamos hospedados).Espero que eles consertem o lugar, porque definitivamente não vale a pena o que custa ficar lá.

Pelo preço, o chão da cozinha estava pegajoso, havia uma substância rosa ao redor do fogão que pingava na porta do armário. Havia lama na porta do quarto (e na cortina) que era preciso levantar para fechá-la. Sem propano para a área da grelha, que parecia não ter sido limpa há algum tempo. O serviço foi bom (a jovem na noite de domingo foi acima e além, obrigado), embora Neal pareça um pouco de um germe uma fobia (ia). Cama era confortável e a água quente. Daria a eles outra chance!

A suíte inteira cheirava a cheiro de cigarro e eu tive que contar à recepção 3 vezes sobre isso porque quando eles disseram que fariam algo a respeito, ninguém nunca veio para cuidar disso, mesmo que eles dissessem que alguém faria (3 vezes) . Me ignorou totalmente. A suíte estava suja e desagradável. Havia manchas nas cortinas, cadeiras, piso, teto. A tv foi danificada. Havia insetos ao redor (incluindo uma centopéia no teto uma noite). E as pessoas faziam tanto barulho pela manhã. Eu tirei fotos. Ainda estou completamente perplexo porque ninguém nunca veio cuidar do cheiro de cigarro. Estou acostumada a ir a hotéis bons e limpos. Achei que seria assim e não era nada parecido com o que parecia nas fotos e o padrão de habitabilidade e limpeza e qualidade a que estou acostumada. Eu nunca voltarei. E as pessoas que fazem boas críticas sobre este lugar nunca devem ter ficado em um hotel decente antes. Porque isso era inaceitável e * não * decente. Ainda chocado por nunca terem se importado com o cheiro de cigarro. Meus pulmões provavelmente estão danificados por ficar naquela sala assim por uma semana. Bruto. Experiência terrível.

This place was rated a 3 star hotel and that's what it is. This was our 2nd stay here and that's because it's a condo hotel with a door separating the bedroom from the main area, which is what allows me to do remote work from the hotel and my partner isn't forced to leave.That wasn't the case this time. The door to the bedroom was propped up as if there were no problems, and in reality, it was torn completely off it's hinges.In both experiences, the sink was slow to drain, but this 2nd time there were what looked like ashes (?) in the sink. It was disgusting. So we tried to use the kitchen sink instead. Unfortunately, the smell of using that sink was awful.I'm pretty disappointed in this place at this time. The rooms smell "wet" potentially like mildew. The back properties have chipped paint (the front ones are where we stayed last time and they looked a lot better). The pool hasn't been open either time we've been (covid reasons I'm sure but other hotels in the area have their pools open). Their one redeeming quality is that, since they don't have a gym in the hotel (even though they'll direct you to it like they do) you are able to go to crunch fitness around the corner for free (which the front desk didn't tell us... we actually went to the gym ourselves and THEY told us because we just so happened to mention that's where we were staying).I hope they fix the place up because it's definitely not worth what it costs to stay there.

Por el precio, el piso de la cocina estaba pegajoso, había una sustancia rosa alrededor de la estufa que goteaba sobre la puerta del gabinete. Había suciedad en la puerta del dormitorio (y en la cortina) que había que levantar para cerrar. No había propano para el área de la parrilla que parecía no haber sido limpiada en un tiempo. El servicio fue bueno (la señorita el domingo por la noche hizo todo lo posible, gracias) aunque Neal se muestra como un germen un phob (ia). La cama era cómoda y el agua estaba caliente. ¡Les daría otra oportunidad!

Toda la suite apestaba a olor a cigarrillo y tuve que decirle a la recepción 3 veces sobre esto porque cuando dijeron que harían algo al respecto, nadie vino a cuidarlo a pesar de que dijeron que alguien lo haría (3 veces) . Me ignoró por completo. La suite estaba sucia y desagradable. Había manchas en las cortinas, sillas, suelo, techo. La televisión estaba dañada. Había bichos alrededor (incluido un ciempiés en el techo una noche). Y la gente hacía mucho ruido por las mañanas. Tomé fotos. Todavía estoy completamente desconcertado de que nadie haya venido a ocuparse del olor a cigarrillo. Estoy acostumbrado a ir a hoteles bonitos y limpios. Pensé que esto sería todo y no se parecía en nada a cómo se veía en las fotos y al estándar si es habitable y la limpieza y calidad a la que estoy acostumbrado. Nunca regresare. Aún consternado de que nunca se ocuparan del olor a cigarrillo. Probablemente mis pulmones estén dañados por permanecer en esa habitación así durante una semana. Bruto. Terrible experiencia.

For the price the kitchen floor was sticky, there was a pink substance around the hot plate stove that dripped onto the cabinet door. There was gunk on the bedroom door (and the curtain) that you had to lift to close. No propane for the grill area that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The service was good(the young lady on Sunday evening went above & beyond, thank you) although Neal comes off like a bit of a germ a phob(ia). Bed was comfortable & the water hot. Would give them another try!

The entire suite reeked of cigarette smell and I had to tell the front desk 3 times about this because when they said they'd do something about it, no one ever came to take care of it even though they said someone would (3 times). Totally ignored me. The suite was dirty and nasty. There were stains on the curtains, chairs, floor, ceiling. The tv was damaged. There were bugs around (including a centipede on the ceiling one night). And people were so loud in the mornings. I took pics. I'm still completely mystified that no one ever came to take care of the cigarette smell. I'm used to going to nice, clean hotels. I thought this would be it and it was nothing like how it looked in the pictures and the standard if habitable and cleanliness and quality that I'm used to. I will never go back. And people making good reviews about this place must have never stayed at a decent hotel before. Because this was unacceptable and *not* decent at all. Still appalled that they never took care of the cigarette smell. My lungs are probably damaged from staying in that room like that for a week. Gross. Awful experience.

O cara na recepção era bom, mas essa era a única qualidade que me restava. Todos os prédios me lembravam do meu primeiro apartamento logo após a faculdade. É um teto sobre sua cabeça, mas não peça nada sofisticado. Nem um pouco o que esperávamos com base em outros comentários e seu site. A lixeira estava aberta e não fechada. O prédio em que eles tentaram nos colocar cheirava a cigarros velhos e, achando que o quarto em si era melhor, basicamente abrimos a porta e viramos de volta. Eles nem mesmo nos questionaram sobre um reembolso. Eu já fiquei no Sonesta antes, então esta experiência foi muito decepcionante.

Se pudéssemos dar a este zero estrelas, daríamos. Lixo por todo o terreno. O edifício cheira e parece um complexo de apartamentos degradado. Um passo em nossa unidade e nós nos viramos e pedimos um reembolso. Cheirava a fumaça, era muito sujo e o sofá tinha uma capa de sofá velha e feia como se fosse para animais de estimação. Encontramos um hotel muito melhor (e mais barato) em um Embassy Suites nas proximidades. As fotos e comentários online não correspondem à realidade. Gostaria de ter tirado fotos, mas não queríamos ficar um segundo a mais do que o necessário.

If we could give this zero stars we would. Trash all over the grounds. Building smells and looks like a run down apartment complex. One step in our unit and we turned around and requested a refund. It smelled like smoke, was very dingy, and the couch had an ugly old sofa cover like one for pets. We found a much nicer (and cheaper) hotel in a nearby Embassy Suites. Online pictures and reviews do not match actuality. Wish we had taken pictures but we didn’t want to stay a second longer than necessary.

Guy at the desk was nice, but that was about the only redeeming quality. All the buildings reminded me of my first apartment right after college. It's a roof over your head, but don't ask for anything fancy. Not at all what we expected based on other reviews and their website. The dumpster was wide open and not enclosed. The building they tried to put us in smelled of old cigarettes, and chancing that the room itself was better, we basically opened the door and turned right back around. They didn't even question us about a refund. I've stayed at Sonesta before, so this experience was very disappointing.

Eu classificaria este lugar como um 3 de 5. O atendimento ao cliente foi a melhor parte da minha experiência aqui. Havia uma mulher chamada Sharelle na recepção que era muito simpática e educada. Eu tive um problema com meu primeiro quarto que cheirava a fumaça e ela trocou de quarto sem nenhum problema.A suíte de um quarto era agradável e limpa, mas acredito que o layout poderia ter sido melhor. Havia apenas 1 banheiro na suíte, então se você estiver viajando com outro casal, eu recomendaria ficar com dois quartos. É um pouco difícil ter privacidade.

Grite para Wanda por fornecer um excelente atendimento ao cliente. Tive que esperar por um quarto bem além do check-in no entanto, Wanda foi excepcional e fez o tempo de espera desconhecido valer a pena. Ela fez o que tinha que fazer sem nem pedir para deixar todo mundo feliz, se ofereceu para ajudar quando ela não precisasse, ela ajudou, ela e outros funcionários foram muito simpáticos e o quarto estava completamente limpo. Ela até lavou o carpete! Localização era tranquila, aceita crianças, segura e definitivamente recomendo.

I would rate this place a 3 out of 5. Customer service was the best part of my experience here. There was a  woman named Sharelle at the front desk that very nice and polite. I had an issue with my first room that smelled like smoke and she switched my room with no problem at all.The one-bedroom suite was nice and clean but I believe the layout could have been better. There was only 1 bathroom in the suite, so if you're traveling with another couple I would recommend getting the two-bedroom. It's a little difficult to have privacy.

Shout out to Wanda for providing excellent costumer service. Had to wait for a room well beyond check in however, Wanda was exceptional and made the unknown wait time worth it. She did what she had to do without even asking to make everyone happy, offered to help when she did not have to, she did help, she and other staff was very friendly and the room was squeaky clean. She even shampooed the carpet! Location was quiet, kid friendly, safe and would definitely recommend.

Sonesta is one of my fave places to stay. Great spacious modern rooms! 😊👍🏿

The room was amazing! We loved the lay out, it was so clean, and nice window lighting. There was a kitchen stocked with supplies for cooking. It was an easy dirve into Atlanta and sight seeing...

Loved this clean, nice dog friendly hotel. Front desk staff (especially TJ) are very friendly and helpful. We always stay here when we're in Sandy Springs visiting family and will plan to stay here...
