“Great staff, very sympathetic GM, accor policies which i find hard to understand (kids up to 12y are free & eat free (i like), but there are only family rooms to stay with kids (max. 3 people in a room, each guest must have his own bed for security and insurance reasons (even though our 3 year old only sleeps in our bed). But the family rooms are twice as expensive. Good marketing.
The entire hotel is a little outdated but at a great and beautiful spot. Also more targeted to an older clientele, which is to expect due to it's positioning in the health sector.

Es un hotel de 5 estrellas pero solo pongo 2.El personal es extremadamente agradable y amable (desde los recepcionistas hasta el servicio de limpieza, los camareros y los cantineros), pero eso es todo lo que hay que ahorrar.He estado en muchos hoteles del mismo grupo y este me pareció más un Ibis que un 5 estrellas. Aunque sé que había elegido una habitación "estándar", la habitación era muy pequeña. Mención aparte merece el desayuno que a pesar de su excesivo precio (30€) es excelente.También había una novia en la barandilla del balcón del dormitorio. Y la vista de la "tierra" era en realidad una vista de estacionamiento... Me encantan los autos, pero oye.Rara vez respondiendo a las encuestas de satisfacción, sin embargo, respondí a la enviada por Accor Hotels. Recibí una respuesta del gerente que se disculpó por la actuación, pero a 200 € por noche, un gesto comercial hubiera sido bienvenido.”
