The service was excellent even though they charged me twice for the deposit...the room was nice even though the shower had stains that made it appear dirty and i found 3 different strains of blond hair around the room which tells me they dont clean very well. ..carpets in hallway are old and need changing. You needed your shoulders to open the room door....a new door is clearly needed.

Was there to stay the night before and ask our race and the room was fairly clean and had no problems. My daughter and son-in-law were okay with it so it must have braided probably in most people's eyes at 4

Front desk staff were nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfy. Our double bed room had a microwave and mini fridge. Location is ideal. Great value and higher rated reviews in comparison to other hotels in the area for this price range.

Foi a nossa primeira vez hospedado aqui e eu lhe daria outra estadia! Eles são um pouco tímidos no estacionamento, mas fizemos! Quarto limpo e muito agradável! Muitos lugares para comer na área geral.

No momento da verificação, é necessária uma placa na entrada com as máscaras indicadas. Colocamos nossas máscaras e entramos (ambos estamos vacinados). A máscara da recepcionista estava pendurada em sua orelha, mas ela a colocou quando nos aproximamos, provavelmente ela ouviu minha esposa dizer "ela não está usando uma máscara". Enquanto fazíamos o check-in, várias pessoas passaram entrando, saindo e uma estava fazendo check-out, todas sem máscara. Então, por que se preocupar em postar o sinal? Depois de recebermos a chave, subirmos para o quarto e abrirmos a porta, uma lufada de cheiro de cigarro nos atingiu. Tínhamos reservado uma cama king size para não fumantes e o funcionário reconheceu que, ao fazer o check-in. Voltando à recepção, explicou o odor, o funcionário nos deu um novo quarto. Este não cheirava a fumaça. Percebi que não havia toalhas de banho no quarto, então, enquanto caminhávamos em direção ao elevador para ir jantar, o recepcionista vinha em nossa direção e perguntou se aquele quarto era melhor. Afirmamos que não tinha cheiro de fumaça, mas alguém poderia nos trazer toalhas de banho. Ela nos disse que estava aqui e poderíamos pegá-los no caminho de volta ?? Notei que ela estava segurando um frasco de spray e alguns trapos nas mãos, sobre os quais refleti depois que voltamos do jantar. Há uma placa no espelho que diz "serviço de limpeza disponível mediante solicitação" e que o quarto foi limpo com desinfetante de grau hospitalar, com atenção especial às áreas de alto contato. Ótimo! Infelizmente, parecia que o serviço de limpeza não limpava todas as outras áreas, ou o serviço de limpeza está o recepcionista com o borrifador e trapos! O banheiro era nojento, A borda do vaso tinha manchas de urina e cinzas de cigarro, havia cabelo no chuveiro e na pia. Graças a Deus tínhamos lenços de lisol. Depois de viajar, só queríamos nos acomodar. Pelo menos a cama era limpa e confortável, exceto pelos travesseiros. Este é o pior quarto de hotel que já tivemos. Se este hotel estivesse em meu portfólio, eu ficaria envergonhado. Ficamos em várias outras marcas de Choice Hotel enquanto viajamos para o nosso destino principal e de longe, este é o pior e duvidoso que jamais ficaríamos em um Sleep Inn novamente. Por quase US $ 100 o valor era horrível, mas, novamente, pagar qualquer coisa por este quarto não teria sido um bom valor.

Hay un letrero en el espejo que dice "servicio de limpieza disponible a pedido" y que la habitación se limpió con desinfectante de grado hospitalario con especial atención a las áreas de alto contacto. ¡Genial! It was our first time staying here and I would give it another stay! They are a little shy on parking but we made do! Clean and very nice room! Lots of places to eat in the general area.

When checking it, a sign on the entrance stated masks are required. We put on our masks and walked in ( both of us are vaccinated ). The front desk clerk's mask was hanging off her ear but she did put it on when we approached, most likely she heard my wife say "she's not wearing a mask". As we were checking in several people passed by coming in, going out and one was checking out, all not wearing a mask. So why bother posting the sign? After receiving our key, going up to the room and opening the door a waft of cigarette odor hit us. We reserved a king non smoking and the clerk acknowledged that as she checked us in. Returning to the front desk, explained the odor, the clerk gave us a new room. This one didn't smell of smoke. I noticed there weren't any bath towels in the room, so as we were walking toward the elevator to go for dinner the desk clerk was coming toward us and asked if that room was better. We stated it didn't smell of smoke, but could someone bring us bath towels. She told us it was just here and could we pick them up on our way back in?? I noticed she was holding a spray bottle and some rags in her hands which I reflected on after we got back from dinner. There's a sign on the mirror stating 'housekeeping available upon request" and that the room has been cleaned with hospital grade disinfectant with special attention to high touch areas. Great! Unfortunately it seemed housekeeping didn't clean all the other areas or the housekeeping is the desk clerk with the spray bottle and rags! The bathroom was disgusting, The toilet rim had urine stains and cigarette ashes, there was hair in the shower and sink. Thank god we had lysol wipes. After traveling we just wanted to settle in. At least the bed was clean and comfortable, except for the pillows. This is the worst hotel room we ever had. If this hotel was in my portfolio I would be embarrassed. We have stayed at several other Choice Hotel brands as we travel to our main destination and by far, this is the worst and doubtful we would ever stay at a Sleep Inn again. For almost $100 the value was horrible, but then again paying anything for this room would not have been a good value.

Gostamos: Este hotel fica ao lado da I95, que foi muito conveniente para nós. Também fica ao lado de um restaurante e do outro lado da rua de um mini shopping center ... mais conveniente. A equipe foi sempre tão útil com tudo o que precisávamos e muito rápido para responder a nós. O café-da-manhã continental era bom, assim como a área de jantar no lobby. O estacionamento gratuito também foi uma vantagem. Eu também gostei do fato de que havia banheiros para os hóspedes fora dos quartos. Por último, o wi-fi gratuito funcionou perfeitamente. Não tive nenhum problema em fazer o trabalho.Não gosta: O quarto parecia muito abafado / úmido na primeira noite, mas depois de ajustar as configurações de CA era um pouco mais confortável. O carpete do quarto não parecia / cheirava muito limpo, embora também não estivesse visivelmente sujo. No segundo dia de nossa estadia, pedimos serviço de arrumação e, quando voltamos para o quarto naquela noite, ele ainda estava nas mesmas condições em que o havíamos deixado. Eles o limparam no dia seguinte, mas ainda não sabiam o que aconteceu na primeira vez que perguntamos. Por último, talvez seja apenas uma preferência minha, mas eu realmente não gosto quando a pia fica fora do banheiro, onde fica o vaso sanitário e o chuveiro. Teria preferido se eles não estivessem separados. Também havia problemas frequentes com o banheiro.No geral, como você pode ver, eu ainda dou a este hotel 5 estrelas, apesar dos pontos negativos. O bem supera o mal aqui.

Me gusta: Este hotel está justo al lado de la I95, lo cual fue muy conveniente para nosotros. También está al lado de un restaurante y al otro lado de la calle de un mini centro comercial ... más conveniente. El personal siempre fue muy servicial con todo lo que necesitábamos y muy rápido en respondernos. El desayuno continental era bueno, al igual que la zona de comedor en el vestíbulo. El aparcamiento gratuito también fue una ventaja. También me gustó el hecho de que había baños para los huéspedes además de los de las habitaciones. Por último, el wifi gratuito funcionó a la perfección. No tuve ningún problema para hacer el trabajo.No le gusta: La habitación se sentía muy bochornosa / húmeda la primera noche, pero después de ajustar la configuración del aire acondicionado, era un poco más cómoda. La alfombra de la habitación no se sentía ni olía muy limpia, aunque tampoco estaba visiblemente sucia. El segundo día de nuestra estancia, pedimos el servicio de limpieza, y cuando volvimos a nuestra habitación esa noche, todavía estaba en las mismas condiciones en las que la habíamos dejado. Lo limpiaron al día siguiente, pero aún no están seguros de qué sucedió la primera vez que preguntamos. Por último, tal vez esto sea solo una preferencia mía, pero realmente no me gusta cuando el lavabo está fuera del baño, donde están el inodoro y la ducha. Hubiera preferido que no estuvieran separados. También hubo problemas frecuentes con el inodoro.En general, como puede ver, todavía le doy a este hotel 5 estrellas a pesar de los disgustos. Likes: This hotel is right off the I95 which was so convenient for us. It's also next door to a restaurant and across the street from a mini shopping center...more convenient. The staff was always so helpful with whatever we needed and very quick to respond to us. The continental breakfast was nice, as was the dining area in the lobby. Free parking was also a plus. I also liked the fact that there were bathrooms for guests outside of just the ones in the rooms. Lastly, the free wifi worked seamlessly. I had no trouble at all getting work done. Dislikes: The room felt very muggy/humid on the first night, but after adjusting the AC settings it was a bit more comfortable. The carpet in the room didn't feel/smell very clean, although it wasn't visibly dirty either. On the second day of our stay we asked for housekeeping, and when we got back to our room that night, it was still in the same condition we'd left it. They did clean it the next day, but still not sure what happened the first time we asked. Lastly, maybe this is just a preference of mine, but I really don't like when the sink is outside of the bathroom where the toilet and shower are. Would've preferred if they weren't separate. There were also frequent issues with the toilet. Overall, as you can see, I still give this hotel 5 stars despite the dislikes. The good outweighs the bad here.
