“We have stayed in Six Senses before (in Vietnam) and love the brand. While we really liked this hotel, this did not meet our expectations with respect to delivering for families, in the way that Six Senses normally does. They advertise (and in other Six Senses resorts provide) a "professionally managed kids club". But there were no staff in the kids club, so it was not operational in terms of being able to leave kids there alone. Further, the outdoor pool was closed for the duration of our trip, meaning our kids could only use the stuffy indoor pool.”
