“i arrived very late, midnight. the front desk person on duty Robin, he was so kind and warm, fast and professional. the first impression from checking in was amazing without any hassel. Robin is highly commended member of staff that represent such luxury hotel. it is the middle of the night and he still had a very nice smile willing to accommodate in detail any questions i had on the facilities of the hotel. Thanks to Robin, check in has never been so smooth and professional.”

“After 4 years, I finally came back to this hotel. Even though most of the people I knew are no longer around, the team lead by Martin was excellent.
