“Algumas pessoas dizem que uma equipe excelente é a jóia do hotel. Temporariamente decidiu ir a Qingdao para comemorar o aniversário de seu pai e reservar Qingdao Shangri-La pela primeira vez. Felizmente, entrei em contato com Gina. Desde a ajuda entusiástica para responder às perguntas de viagem antes do check-in, até o arranjo adequado da sala, a preparação cuidadosa da surpresa de aniversário, ficamos muito emocionados, superando muito as expectativas para o hotel. Acho que esse também é o epítome do excelente nível de serviço do hotel.A equipe da sala de café da manhã é igualmente proativa e entusiasta, deixando-nos lembranças inesquecíveis. Por fim, gostaria de agradecer ao hotel pelos cuidados com os hóspedes e pelo grupo com seus membros. Por esse motivo, sempre tem uma bondade e boa vontade especiais em relação ao Shangri-La Hotel. “Everything was pretty good. I only had a little bit of a problem with the guest room that I stayed in (1551). This room was quite cold, especially in the bathroom. I think it may have been because this was a corner room, but i couldn't feel any heat in the bathroom. When i ordered room service I wasn't given an napkins or butter for the bread or French toast. But overall I thought the staff service and facilities were great. I would stay in Shangri-La hotel again. Tudo estava muito bom. Eu só tive um pequeno problema com o quarto de hóspedes em que fiquei (1551). Este quarto estava muito frio, especialmente no banheiro. Acho que pode ter sido porque este era um quarto de canto, mas eu não conseguia sentir nenhum calor no banheiro. Quando pedi o serviço de quarto, não me deram guardanapos ou manteiga para o pão ou torradas. Mas, no geral, achei que o serviço e as instalações da equipe eram excelentes. Eu ficaria no hotel Shangri-La novamente.”
