La verdad es que nuestra estancia empezó con muy mal debido a un problema con la habitación que nos dieron. Nos disgustamos mucho pero acudimos a hablar con Begoña y ella nos solucionó inmediatamente el problema dándonos una nueva y perfecta habitación en la que hemos pasado unos días maravillosos e inolvidables (además de obsequiarnos con un detalle). El hotel es súper acogedor, pequeño y está muy cuidado pero lo que ante todo me gustaría destacar es la enorme amabilidad de todo su personal desde el primer empleado hasta el último. Iago, Manuel, Carina...etc súper agradables todos y destaco en especial a Laura (la chica de la plancha) porque tuvo un precioso detalle conmigo un día que yo quería salsa pesto y aunque no la había intentó conseguírmela. Manuel el chico gallego y sus compañeros del bar son geniales y gracias a todos ellos hemos pasado una semana increíble. Gracias!!!

MARAVILLOSO! Acabo de irme del hotel y ya estoy deseando volver !!! Sin duda un hotel de encanto, tanto las instalaciones como el personal. Atención, trato, cuidan cada detalle, de 10. Me gustaría hacer una especial mención a uno de los camareros ( Manuel) y a él animador del hotel (Ricardo) que no han podido ser más encantadores, amables y sociables. Aunque toda la plantilla del hotel ha sido magnifica con un increíble trato. Sin duda volveré, muy pronto.:)

Acabamos de volver de pasar 8 noches con todo incluído en el hotel y volvemos felices: está superbien situado, es muy bonito y tranquilo y hay una playita enfrente a 2 minutos andando. Todo el equipo del hotel ha hecho que la estancia sea increíble, desde el personal de recepción y relaciones públicas del hotel como en restaurante, animación y los mejores camareros, todos super atentos siempre. Volvería encantada. Gracias por todo!!!

Buen hotel. El tema de la comida es muy subjetivo. En nuestro caso nos pareció de buena calidad pero mal cocinado, sobre todo las recetas elaboradas. La plancha bien. Postres siempre igual, pastelería muy mala. Porque no buscan la sencillez? Un flan? Arroz con leche? Personal excelente, instalaciones buenas, habitaciones más que correctas.

Local sossegado para descanso e excelente tratamento por parte dos colaboradores, a destacar Manuel o empregado de mesa, com um tratamento requintado. Para melhorar, varie um pouco mais a comida, já que em 6 dias vimos os mesmos pratos muitas vezes. Obrigado.

Sitio tranquilo para descansar y trato excelente por parte de los empleados, a destacar Manuel el camarero, con un trato exquisito. A mejorar, variar algo más la comida, ya que en 6 días hemos visto demasiadas veces los mismos platos. Gracias.

Um hotel tão bom com funcionários simpáticos e boa comida no restaurante. Ocasionalmente, uma noite de entretenimento. Uma desvantagem: as baratas vivem na ilha e deixam que a abertura sob a porta do quarto do hotel seja grande o suficiente para alguém vir visitar ... 😬

Everything about it!!! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are awesome, so friendly and helpful. The dining area's are lovely, my only annoyance is smoking in the conservatory at mealtimes. Swimming pools are fantastic, I love swimming. The site is so pretty the gardens and trees etc so well maintained, a joy to stroll around. We will return when this wretched virus leaves us.

Hotel acogedor,tranquilo,con unas buenas habitaciones y un servicio de personal de 10. Quizá p ser 4* boutique echo a faltar un poco más variedad en el buffet sobre todo en el desayuno q es muy repetitivo.... Las zonas alrededor de las dos piscinas son poco amplias,pero eso sí las tumbonas muy cómodas. En general estancia muy agradable

Well What can I say about our latest stay at the Best Hotel in Playa Blanca. From the moment you go through the Doors to the time you leave you will have the most Amazing time. We call this hotel our 2nd home the Staff are Simply the Best from the Reception staff to the restaurant staff they are all so friendly and helpful. Mouloud in the Bar is just amazing & makes sure you are looked after. Then there is the Queen of the Hotel. Isabel she is just Amazing she will make sure your holiday is is perfect. We went to celebrate the new year Wow what an amazing fantastic evening we all had once again the staff worked so hard to make the new Year's eve party a Brilliant night.I think I can speak for everyone that was there we all had the most amazing time.We shall be Returning soon to this Brilliant hotel.

Very modern boutique hotel and well worth a visit. We were here to support an old friend of ours who was performing in the foyer bar. Well done Sol de Lyon fantastic to hear her sing again. Do try to catch her where ever she is performing.

My wife and I had a wonderful holiday at the White Suites in Playa Blanca. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean. The food was wonderful with an excellent selection at the buffet both at breakfast and dinner. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Went for a few days and it was total bliss. Amazing staff and grounds and a lovely size - not too big at all. Plenty of excellent drinks available (although the cocktails were not to the usual recipes) and the meals were always lovelyLocation is excellent too. Very close to the beach and a lovely promenade which is nice to walk along.Staff were all really helpful and made us very welcome. A place I'd definitely not hesitate to go back to

Absolutely brilliant. You feel special as soon as you enter the hotel and your offered a glass of champagne. The rooms are spacious and well kept, the staff work really hard to make your holiday special. The food is fresh and a great variety every day. The drinks are branded and the mini fridge in your room is well stocked on arrival with lots of bottles of drinks and a selection of snacks. The pool area is relaxing and the pools are cold but sometimes needed with the temperature outside. Well done to all the staff for working hard and making our holiday special. .
