“Llegamos aquí el día en que el hotel volvió a abrir y, lamentablemente, no nos sentimos abrumados por la experiencia. Claramente hubo muchos problemas iniciales. El hotel abrió una semana antes, y la falta de mantenimiento y limpieza lo demostró.
