“Excelentes instalaciones en primera línea de playa. Las atenciones de todo el personal son inmejorables. Las habitaciones muy confortables. Gran variedad de ofertas en todos los restaurantes. El restaurante brasileño es excelente.”

“Excelente lugar, realmente el complejo es muy hermoso y muyyy grande. Las habitaciones son muy lindas, lo único que encontré mal de estas fue la humedad de las habitaciones. En cuanto a la comida, tienen muchos restaurantes y variedades pero no son lo que se espera, la comida debe mejorar, tienen los recursos pero no saben utilizarlos. El único restaurante al cual le doy 10/10 es el italiano, el servicio de Francisco Rijo fue excepcional y la comida de ahí era lo mejor del hotel. El servicio al cliente es extremadamente bueno, los empleados son muy atentos y educados. Especialmente los de la barra del lobby, Yovany y los demás chicos. El restaurante de carnes Hunter, no es lo que se espera, debe mejorar en todo.”
