O lugar mais repugnante que já fiquei. O andar inteiro em frente ao a.c. A unidade estava molhada, o banheiro estava apenas parcialmente limpo (alguém usava sabonete ainda no balcão, apenas um quarto de papel higiênico e lixo sem carga). O toalheiro foi apenas a meio cheio). Quem sabe se os cobertores e lençóis foram trocados! Havia manchas nos cobertores. Quando liguei para pedir outro quarto, foi-me dito que eles não têm mais, embora o seu parque de estacionamento estivesse mal cheio.Eles não enviam recibos aos clientes e você não pode obtê-los no telefone (o número não funciona).

Este foi o pior hotel em que já fiquei! Não desperdice seu dinheiro aqui, vá para um lugar melhor, mesmo que seja mais dinheiro! Este lugar era o pior com tudo! Nem uma vez eles limparam o nosso quarto, eles nunca nos deram artigos de toalete, mesmo quando pedimos. Tivemos que ir comprar o nosso. No site está escrito que eles oferecem café e outras bebidas pela manhã, mas absolutamente não! A água também deixa seu cabelo pegajoso, porque acho que nunca limpam os chuveiros. Há mofo nos chuveiros e insetos nos cantos dos quartos. 9/10 não haverá ninguém na recepção, o que significa que você não pode nem mesmo acessar a piscina devido ao bloqueio nela. Também notei que no dia em que fiz o check-in eles me cobraram mais $ 300,00 e quando eu trouxe isso ao gerente, sua desculpa foi "é normal", mas não é! Eles tentaram me ignorar quando eu ia todos os dias para resolver esse problema e demorou 3 dias para o gerente entrar em contato comigo. Eles fazem isso com todo mundo, quando eu estava verificando, havia outro cliente reclamando do mesmo problema! Eles disseram que estavam devolvendo meu dinheiro, o que fizeram, mas dois dias depois me cobraram novamente. Eu havia tentado entrar em contato com o hotel e das 10 vezes que liguei nem uma única pessoa atendeu o telefone. Tive que ligar para o celular de alguém para finalmente falar com alguém. Quando finalmente o fiz, eles se recusaram a devolver meu dinheiro, dizendo que não o retiraram, mas tenho os recibos mostrando que retiraram o dinheiro. Tive que passar por minha administradora de cartão de crédito para contestar a cobrança e eles até disseram que esta não é a primeira reclamação contra este hotel específico! NÃO FIQUE AQUI !! Atravesse a rua para o Best Western ou ainda mais adiante na faixa! Não perca seu tempo ou dinheiro com este hotel barato e fraudulento.

Eu estava de férias na semana passada, 20/08, andamos por aí procurando quartos por um tempo, porque cada lugar que fomos na Strip estava reservado ao máximo. Assim, acabamos tropeçando na pousada de estrada. Que parecia ok do lado de fora e ok no interior (lobby) e os funcionários foram simpáticos também. Mas assim que pegamos nossos quartos, demos uma boa olhada ao redor. O quarto estava bom, mas havia teias de aranha nos cantos do quarto que meu namorado derrubou sozinho. O banheiro era bom, mas precisava de mais atenção, poderia ter sido limpo melhor, especialmente em torno do banheiro (no chão) e (em torno da banheira) coisas assim. Além disso, tinha um cheiro engraçado. Precisamos de copos plásticos em um ponto em todos os hotéis que já estive nos quartos que eles têm aqueles copos plásticos que vêm embrulhados em filme plástico transparente. Não havia nenhum, então fui até a recepção para procurar alguém para pedir alguns copos de plástico e não consegui encontrar ninguém. Havia um memorando postado que, se você precisasse de funcionários do hotel, poderia discar um determinado número para contatá-los, então fiz exatamente isso para que a pessoa me dissesse que eles não tinham nenhum. Mas eles não conseguiram remover os copos de vidro que tinham nos quartos ao lado do balde de gelo, eu senti que, devido à ambição, eles deveriam ter sido removidos e substituídos pelos que eu estava procurando, eu não ousaria beber aqueles copos de vidro Eu não sabia quem estava naquela sala antes de mim e eu nem estava tentando pegar nenhum cobiça na minha viagem. A propósito, parecia que alguém simplesmente enxaguou os copos de vidro e os substituiu para secar ao ar, porque ainda havia gotículas de água nos copos. Eles nem mesmo tinham uma área onde você pudesse comprar garrafas de água ou outras bebidas ou uma máquina de lanches. Quero dizer, estava tudo bem, a limpeza poderia ter sido muito melhor. Quero dizer, o lugar não é nada para reclamar e delirar com os outros Eu acho que você recebe o que pagou. o cinzeiro de pé. Eu também achei isso nojento. Este lugar precisa para pegar é limpeza 100% e eu sei de um fato embora eu não vou ficar aqui novamente. Se todo lugar não estivesse completamente embalado ao máximo, tenho certeza de que teríamos ficado em outro hotel.

Depois de ficar em outro motel em Lake George com um quarto infestado de formigas, tivemos que ligar para encontrar outro lugar, consegui encontrar a Pousada Rodeway. Falei com Leroy e informei a ele o preço que vi online, ele foi capaz de honrar o preço e chegamos de carro em 15 minutos. Leroy deu as boas-vindas a mim e à minha família e pudemos aproveitar o resto de nossas férias que poderiam ter sido arruinadas por formigas. O quarto era bom e limpo, tudo estava quieto, a máquina de gelo funcionava, a água do chuveiro era agradável e quente. Pudemos lavar a roupa e o mais importante para a minha filha era que a área da piscina era agradável, à sombra e limpa. Estou pensando em fazer deste local o nosso local de férias anuais da família. Obrigado a Leroy e a todos no Rodeway Inn que fizeram a nossa estadia a melhor.

Estuve de vacaciones la semana pasada el 20 de agosto, anduvimos en busca de habitaciones por un tiempo porque todos los lugares a los que fuimos en el Strip estaban llenos al máximo. Así que terminamos tropezando con la calzada Inn. Que se veía bien desde fuera y bien por dentro (vestíbulo) y el personal también era amable. Pero una vez que llegamos a nuestras habitaciones, echamos un vistazo a nuestro alrededor. La habitación en sí estaba bien, pero había telarañas en las esquinas de la habitación que mi novio derribó él mismo. El baño estaba bien, pero necesitaba más atención, podría haberse limpiado mejor, especialmente alrededor del inodoro (en el piso) y (alrededor de la bañera) cosas así. También olía raro. Necesitábamos vasos de plástico en un momento, todos los hoteles en los que he estado en las habitaciones tienen esos vasos de plástico que vienen envueltos en una envoltura de plástico transparente. No había ninguno, así que salí a la recepción para buscar a alguien para pedir unos vasos de plástico y no pude encontrar a nadie. Había una nota publicada que decía que si necesitabas personal del hotel, podías marcar un número determinado para contactarlos, así que hice eso para que la persona me dijera que no tenía ninguno. Pero no pudieron quitar los vasos de vidrio que tenían en las habitaciones al lado del cubo de hielo.Sentí que debido al covid deberían haber sido retirados y reemplazados por los que estaba buscando, no me atrevería a beber esos vasos de vidrio. No sabía quién estaba en esa habitación antes que yo y ni siquiera estaba tratando de atrapar ningún covid en mi viaje. Por cierto, parecía como si alguien acabara de enjuagar los vasos de vidrio y los volviera a secar al aire porque todavía quedaban gotas de agua en los vasos. Ni siquiera tenían un área donde se pudiera comprar agua embotellada u otras bebidas o una máquina de refrigerios. Quiero decir que estuvo bien, la limpieza podría haber sido mucho mejor. Quiero decir, el lugar no es nada para despotricar y delirar a los demás. Supongo que obtienes lo que pagas. el cenicero de pie. También sentí que eso era repugnante. Este lugar necesita recoger su limpieza al 100% y sé a ciencia cierta, aunque no me quedaré aquí de nuevo. Si todos los demás lugares no estuvieran completamente llenos al máximo, estoy bastante seguro de que nos hubiéramos quedado en otro hotel.

Después de alojarme en otro motel en Lake George con una habitación infestada de hormigas, tuvimos que llamar para encontrar otro lugar, pude encontrar el Rodeway Inn. Hablé con Leroy y le hice saber el precio que vi en línea, él pudo cumplir con ese precio y condujimos en 15 minutos. Leroy nos dio la bienvenida a mi familia y a mí y pudimos disfrutar el resto de nuestras vacaciones que podrían haber sido arruinadas por las hormigas. La habitación era bonita y limpia, todo estaba en silencio, la máquina de hielo funcionaba, el agua de la ducha era agradable y estaba caliente. Pudimos hacer la colada y lo más importante para mi hija era que el área de la piscina era agradable, con sombra y limpia. Planeo hacer de este lugar nuestro lugar anual de vacaciones familiares. Gracias a Leroy y a todos en Rodeway Inn que hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera la mejor.

I was on vacation last week 8/20 we rode around looking for rooms for a while because every place we went to on the strip was booked to the max. So we ended up stumbling upon the roadway Inn. Which looked okay from the outside & okay on the inside(lobby) & the staff were friendly as well. But once we got our rooms we took a thorough look around. The room it's self was okay but there were cobwebs in the corners of the room which my bf knocked down himself. The bathroom was okay but needed more attention it could have been cleaned better especially around the toilet (on floor)& (around tub)things like that. Also it smelled funny. We needed plastic cups at one point every hotel I have been to in the rooms they have those plastic cups that come wrapped up in clear plastic wrap. There was none so I went out to the front desk to look for someone to ask for some plastic cups & couldn't find anyone. There was a memo posted that if you needed hotel staff you could dial a certain number to reach them so I did just that for the person to tell me that they didn't have any. But they failed to remove the glass cups they had in the rooms next to the ice bucket I felt that due to covid they should have been removed & replaced with the ones I was looking for I wasn't going to dare drink out those glass cups I didn't know who was in that room before me & i wasn't even trying to catch no covid on my trip. By the way it looked as if someone just rinsed the glass cups out & replaced them to air dry because water droplets were still in the glasses. They didn't even have a area that you could purchase bottled water or other beverages or a snack machine. I mean it was okay the cleanliness could have been way better I mean the place is nothing to rant & rave about to others I guess you get what you pay for I totally forgot about the garbage that was overflowing out of a garbage can out front by the standing ashtray. I felt that was disgusting too. This place needs to pick up it's cleanliness 100% & I know for a fact though I will not be staying here again. If every where else wasn't completely packed to the max I'm pretty sure we would have stayed at another hotel.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at! Don’t waste your money here, go somewhere better even if it’s more money! This place was the worst with everything! Not once did they clean our room, they never gave us toiletries even when we asked. We had to go buy our own. On the website it says they offer coffee and other drinks in the morning and they absolutely don’t! The water leaves your hair slimy as well because I don’t think they ever clean the shower heads. There’s mold in the showers and bugs in the corner of the rooms. 9/10 there will be no one at the front desk which means you can’t even access the pool due to the lock on it. I also noticed the day I checked in that they charged me and additional $300.00 and when I brought it up to the manager his excuse was “it’s normal” which it isn’t! They tried to ignore me when I went everyday to solve this issue and it took 3 days for the manager to contact me. They do this to everyone, when I was checking out there was another customer there complaining about the same issue! They said that they were refunding my money which they did, but then two days later they charged me again. I had tried to contact the hotel and out of the 10 times I called not a single person answered the phone. I had to call someone’s cellphone to finally speak to someone. When I finally did they refused to refund my money back saying that they didn’t take it out, but I have the receipts showing they took the money out. I had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge and they even said this isn’t the first complaint against this specific hotel! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Go across the street to the Best Western or even further down the strip! Don’t waste your time or your money with the cheap, scamming hotel.

I paid $250 for a room with a king size bed and jacuzzi. When we got in the room it didn’t smell very well and definitely wasn’t cleaned well. The bed didn’t even have fitted sheets on it and no comforter. The jacuzzi barley worked with broken parts. The bathroom lights flickered the entire time. Halfway through our stay someone checked in next to us flipping out Bc they said there were bed bugs. The lady at the front desk told them it was not her problem she can’t do anything about it. I highly do not recommend this hotel as it was over priced and dirty.

After staying at another motel in Lake George with a room infested with ants, we had to call around to find another place, I was able to find the Rodeway Inn. I spoke with Leroy and let him know the price that I seen online, he was able to honor that price and we drove right over within 15 mins. Leroy welcomed my family and I and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation that might have been ruined by ants. The room was nice and clean, everything was quiet, the ice machine worked, shower water was nice and hot. We were able to do our laundry and the most important thing for my daughter was the pool area was nice and shaded and clean. I plan on making this spot our annual family vacation spot. Thank you to Leroy and everyone at Rodeway Inn who made our stay the best.

This is the worst experience ever plain and simple! First we walked into a dirty room stains on the bed sheets, carpet not vacuumed, walls dirty etc... my wife and I attempted to clean the room ourselves because there wasn’t any hotels stays available at the late hour. But then we found what looked to be bed bugs in the second bed so we called the front desk and he gave us a another room until morning. We will be leaving and asking for a refund for the 3 days we booked.

Nice Hotel, nothing fancy though. Stayed for 2 nights and didn’t have any problems. Leroy at the front desk is a very nice man. Thanks

La unidad estaba mojada, el baño solo se limpiaba parcialmente (el jabón usado de alguien todavía estaba en el mostrador, solo un cuarto de rollo de papel higiénico y basura sin vaciar). El toallero estaba solo medio lleno). ¡Quién sabe si se cambiaron las mantas y las sábanas! Había manchas en las mantas. Cuando llamé para solicitar otra habitación, me dijeron que no tenían más, a pesar de que su estacionamiento estaba apenas lleno.No envían recibos a los clientes y usted no puede comunicarse con ellos por teléfono (el número no funciona).

The most disgusting place I have ever stayed.The entire floor in front of the a.c. unit was wet, the bathroom was only partially cleaned (someone's used soap still on the counter, only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper, and unemptied garbage).The towel rack was only halfway full). Who knows if the blankets and sheets were changed!There were stains on the blankets.When I called to request another room, I was told they have no more, even though their parking lot was barely full.They don't send out receipts to customers and you cannot get ahold of them on the telephone (the number does not work).

We thought we were were getting a good deal but but this was beyond awful. Outlet plate missing and lamp was flickering, fist sized hole in the wall, moldy shower curtain and the bathroom smelled...

Awful. Free breakfast as advertised was just a tray with old cold coffee, the room was dirty, the employers rude and unprofessional, the bed mattress cover just a normal bed sheet, the jacuzzi dirty...

Under rated. Much better than most motels at lake George. Pool very good. Room very good. Value very good. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again. Barbecues and Picnic tables provided. Situated...

Its a no frills hotel, plain and simple. Hence the cheap price. Plenty of parking for larger vehicles. Easy on/off the Interstate. Rooms are what you would expect for the price. Close to downtown and...

Moldy shower curtains...holes in the bathtub floor and ceiling...hard bumpy beds...outdated everything...floors are dirty...coffee is HORRIBLE!! Received no receipt...no staff around to speak...
