Average motel style accommodations. Stayed over night in cedar city while transiting thru. Got a great deal on Priceline. The check in lady, didn’t grab her name. Blonde hair! She was amazing! So personable, friendly and helpful! Even though the hotel was dated. Her service went beyond.

My truck broke down in cedar city and I was able to secure a room in the rodeway inn for a few days. The room was clean, with a comfy King bed. The room was large too. It has a mini fridge with a separate freezer, not the little freezer within the fridge. An actual separate freezer section. On top of that, the customer service is immaculate. Heather works at the front desk and she is amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of, while she is taking care of all of her duties at the inn. I'm grateful for the time I spent here. Thank you for the service during a time when I needed it most.

These rooms could definitely use a makeover, but they were clean, and the beds were comfy. The staff was above and beyond helpful. The ice machine was broken, but they gave us a whole bag of ice out of their freezer. We also brought our very large dogs, and they were so nice about us having him. Super nice and quiet area even though it was on a fairly busy street. We saved so much money staying here to drive up to Brianhead for snow fun and tubing. If you are looking for a room that "does the job" as our family likes to say, then this is the place!

Rooms we're fairly clean. I didn't have an issue going to sleep on their bed. Didn't wake up with any zits, bumps, hives, or rashes. There are some shady looking folk that seem to kind of hang outside in their cars smoking cigarettes but they do keep to themselves. I chose this place because their google posting states they have a pool. The pool is closed. The hot tub is empty and dirty. The laundry has two quarter machines from the early 90's. Ice machine is broken but it looks like it came from the 70's. The price is good though and the place is located on a convenient location.

Was looking for somewhere to check in to get some sleep before heading back home to Vegas, Rodeway Inn was perfect for this task. Room was clean, it was nice and quiet, and the staff was friendly. Sadly the pool was closed, but I was too tired to care. The bed and pillows were both very clean and comfy. Not your five star hotel, but perfect for the utility of getting a good night’s sleep.

Bad customer service

They close lobby at midnight even though advertised open 24 hours. Sign on door says call this number. The number rings on the lobby phone which is closed. How dumb is that? Canât say more than this...
