O café da manhã foi ótimo! Os ovos estavam frescos, os biscoitos eram saborosos, o bacon cozinhado na medida certa. O atendimento às 12h30 quando chegamos foi excelente! O estabelecimento é um pouco antigo e não tão nítido quanto eu esperava de um Residence Inn, mas é melhor do que muitos lugares econômicos que eu já fiquei. Travesseiros eram de duas opções: planas ou um pouco grumosas.

Breakfast was great! Eggs were fresh, biscuits were flavorful, bacon cooked just right. The service at 12:30 a.m. when we arrived was excellent! Property is a bit old and not as sharp as I expect from a residence inn but it's better than many budget places I've stayed. Pillows were of two options: flat or a bit lumpy.

Very nice room, it was very quiet and the staff was so kind. Hannah helped us a lot with the rooms and the breakfast was good had healthy options and the hotel is so close to all the shops. This was one our favorite stays.

Unfortunately my first impression in this Marriott is horrible, I am allergic to cigarettes and dogs (I like animals but some give me allergies, especially in closed places) and here I found it, the sofa bed with dog hair, and smells like cigarettes which has triggered my allergies with severe headache, shortness of breath, sore throat and itchy eyes. I also found someone else's hair. It seems that cleaning is not very common here. The dialing on the phone for reception does not work, the furniture is in very poor condition. There are several things outside the hotel order. I’d recommend anyone traveling to Worcester stay at another hotel. Please look at some of the other reviews that share details on this hotel’s poor maintenance and cleanliness. The Courtyard Marriott had comparable pricing and is much cleaner and well-maintained. My husband and I stopped here with our baby and left after the first night: our first room wreaked of cigarette smoke, our second room was better but still not very clean or well-maintained. The trash can had a layer of grime. The toilet seat had a burn mark and the bathroom was so grimy that we decided not to take showers. The vents were coated in dust. In addition, we told the front desk that there was a strong marijuana odor in the hallway and the attendant basically said the hotel is nonsmoking but I can’t control who stays here or what people do.

Don't stay here. Maintenance has been delayed so long that all of the room air conditioners are broken. They have installed SUPER loud portable AC units in some rooms. So you have a choice of no air conditioning or constant loud noise. I couldn't even stay one night of the four night stay I had booked.

Positive was the breakfast. Good food, healthy options. The bad, if you need two beds DO NOT get a room with a sofa bed! The mattress feels like it's 40+ years old and the bar jambs you in the back. The day shift was nice enough to tell me they would find another mattress however, I feel it was to make me go away. When we returned later that night, nothing was done to accommodate and the night staff was extremely rude about it and gave no solutions. Sorry Marriott we won't be staying with you again.

A TV na sala comum não funcionava (nem o WiFi dos hóspedes) e tudo parecia que ninguém realmente prestava atenção à manutenção há muito tempo. Muito cabelo no chão/sofá, ralo da banheira faltando, sem poeira atrás das luminárias, pressão da água do vaso sanitário baixa e drenagem super lenta. Felizmente, os lençóis pareciam bem, mas toda a propriedade só tinha uma aparência e parecia que ninguém se preocupou em investir nenhum cuidado ou atenção nele por algum tempo. We checked in to find someone else's half eaten meatball sub in the microwave,disgusting,no shower gel or soap. Obvious that the room wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival.When front desk was informed they also thought that was gross and promised to have someone clean the room "right Away" No offer to move rooms or anything. 2 days later.... meatball sub still in microwave, room still not cleaned and night manager was absolutely worthless.I was told no manager available all weekend..Called manager on Monday to be told I was unprofessional because I was raising my voice to the night manager as he didn't offer any solutions to the problem. He told us he couldn't do anything and had no soap, shower gel, and certainly wasn't going to clean our room.General manager defended the fact that nobody came to clean my room and said... well you could have asked to move rooms.I asked to speak with her manager and was told he is not available and she hung up the phone. Nice customer service. I would avoid this dump at all cost.

Booked for a stop off on a longer drive and trusted that it would be a pretty banal stay. Was immediately a bit worried when landscaping around the property was really poorly attended to along with a lot of staining on the exterior of the property. Check in was fine but the whole property had a sense of lack of attention or upkeep; the lobby space and amenities like a TV and pool table but nothing was being used and looked like it was just forgotten. Pool was closed as well. My fourth floor room had no working central air; a window unit had been somewhat haphazardly installed in the bedroom of the room and while it did a fine job cooling it was super loud. TV in common room did not work (nor was guest WiFi) and everything seemed like no one actually paid attention to upkeep in a long time. Lots of hair on the floor/couch, tub drain missing, no dusting behind fixtures, toilet water pressure low and super slow draining. Thankfully the sheets looked fine but the whole property just had a look and feel like no one had bothered to invest any care or attention to it for quite some time. Staff were fine and I didn’t call about any of the issues mentioned as I figured I would just get a shoulder shrug and that EVERY room would be some variation on what I experienced in the room I got. Would not stay again; it the kind of place I’d expect to find in Jersey outside of NYC, not a stable Marriott brand in a modest metro area.
