“Love love love this place. The staff and management are amazing people. Staying here for over a month as my spouse is getting treatment at Cima hospital. The staff spend so much time cleaning and completing their work load that often it takes a while to get another drink at the bar or service while eating in the restaurant. I think management just needs to reprioritize the service affected by tasks they are required to take care of during their shift. Caring people, just think it would benefit the hotel as a whole to take care of their long term staying customers better.”

“Best Staffing ... well trained, multi-lingual, well mannered , pleasant, service centric, caring if you have anyone Dear To You having a Procedure at CIMA just book it now ... They treat people going through stress... Like Family ... Even offer chicken soup ..rooms are basic but very functional... Cleaning staff non-stop , pool like every pool in Escazú ... Cold ... breakfast ... Do the omelette ... Tip him... Everything is no problem... And they mean it.
