“I had confirmed booking done for this property one month priod and we reached late in the evening and the lady at the front-desk (Tia) told us that your booking has been shifted to another place because they're overbooked. And the property didn't bothered to inform us about the change and blamed us of not providing the details. Also the front desk informed that the 'confirmed booking' means not a confirmation and they are not responsible for giving the room for a confirmed reservation. Thankfully the front-desk helped us with the transport to new hotel. That was only good part. We were asked to talk with the property manager Megan who never replied to our mail and whenever got the response it was very late and never helping. Megan was also not at all interested in helping the customers even during the stay and after the stay. I contacted Megan over the mail for invoice which she never helped with and even didn't bothered to respond. That's not what as a customer we expect from chain like Marriott. In simple words, avoid this chain who are not able to stand their promises and no customer care.”

“A group of about 14 of us stayed here on a work trip for pretty much a month. From the first day we checked in almost almost everyone in the group was unhappy. Rooms not ready, as soon as you walked in the rooms they had a pungent smell, molded shower curtains (housekeeping never changes), no soap & toilet paper. The first day we checked in I felt sorry for the front desk receptionist at first since some of the group mistook her for the first lady that was at the desk when we first arrived but it was a different lady. Everyone was complaining. I gave them a fair chance till I had to beg for over a week for my room to be cleaned. When housekeeping finally cleaned my room they did not put toilet paper or cheated the tub. When I first arrived in this room the shower curtain was full of mold and still she refused to change it. After calling front desk several times someone finally changed it. Came back to my room the shower curtain package and trash was left all over my room. Besides all of the above one room key opens EVERY ROOM!!!! Two members of my team had someone walked in each of their rooms!!! This place is not safe! I was so happy after we moved to another hotel. This is not even why I’m leaving the review. The reason why I am leaving this review and I will be leaving a review for this hotel on every site I can and I’ll make sure my team do too! I had a package delivered there and I have yet to receive it. I’ve been calling for weeks. Spoke to both Edgar and Jessica several times with each saying they will get back to me and no one has. Every time I call there is no manager or someone will reach out to me. I know the package was delivered since they called me the day it was delivered. Now I’m calling every week and no one can get back to me and let me know where my package is. This package has my medication along with some other items! It’s been weeks and NO one has gotten back to me. Last person I spoke with was Edgar couple days ago and today and he said to me he don’t know when the manager will contact me or if they will. So I asked for the email. Stay away from this hotel if you want to be safe, not get sick from mold or want your packages!!!”
