“The rooms are subpar for a residence inn although we were there during such a cold and depressing weekend. Specifically, I think the bathrooms could use a renovation. There was an issue with over billing and Ashton was wonderful, helpful and super responsive and solved my issue immediately.”

“Amazing stay at an amazing hotel. Christian and his front desk crew (too many to name) went above and beyond to make sure our stay was warm and welcoming and comfortable. When faced with some pool chemical challenges (on one of their busiest weekends, no less), they all stepped up to test and retest and get their guests back in as quickly as possible. Accommodating, to say the least. Even distracted my impatient girls with chocolate in the interim. Beautiful room, spotless hotel, great breakfast. Best hotel service we've experienced in quite some time. Keep it up, Residence Inn!!!”
