Bom hotel, padrão Residence Inn. Longe do centro perto do aeroporto. Não aconselho para quem quer passear no downtown.

Eu nunca digo Super e Limpo ao descrever um hotel, mas era super limpo. A equipe foi naturalmente gentil e educada. Eles tiveram uma reunião social com lanches e cerveja, vinho e brie de cortesia. Experiência muito boa. Nós definitivamente iremos voltar.

Propriedade muito limpa. O quarto era espaçoso, silencioso e confortável. Existem também vários restaurantes a uma curta caminhada, e o café da manhã do hotel não decepcionou. A equipe é muito amigável e prestativa. Há também um serviço de translado do Aeroporto Midway. Recomendo vivamente este Residence Inn.

Very clean property. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. There are also several restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel breakfast did not disappoint. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also a shuttle from Midway Airport. I highly recommend this Residence Inn.

I love the modern look of this hotel. Super cozy and the suite is very spacious. (With a big kitchen, two bedrooms & two baths.)The bonfire and basketball court are awesome especially in the summer! It felt so cozy, I will be back again!

Os quartos eram limpos, e Manny na recepção foi amigável quando chegamos. Liguei para a recepção para outro cobertor para o sofá-cama, e eu tenho certeza que Manny correu até os 4 andares para nos dar o cobertor. Eu acho que Jimmy Johns poderia ter uma lição de Manny sobre isso. As doses de café-da-manhã eram bons e abundantes. Eles até tinham queijo brie uma manhã. Tudo foi ótimo lá. O quarto tinha uma cadeira com algumas manchas eo sistema HVAC tinha alguns parafusos quebrados ea tampa estava saindo, com excepção do que, o quarto estava limpo. A razão para as 3 estrelas é por causa da piscina. Nós descemos na manhã de domingo, ninguém estava lá e estava no limite. Havia pêlos por todo o chão e outros detritos. Na piscina havia muito material flutuando no fundo. Tanto que foi meio nojento e acabamos de sair da piscina. Espero que você possa vê-lo nas fotos. Eu não disse nada para a recepção como estávamos prestes a ir, no entanto, eu teria se a pessoa na frente perguntou como a estadia foi, mas a apenas nos olhou até dissemos que estávamos check-out. Ela não era indelicada, apenas não educada na indústria de serviços.

Rooms were clean, and Manny at the Front Desk was friendly when we came in. I called the front desk for another blanket for the fold out sofa bed, and I am pretty sure Manny ran up the 4 floors to give us the blanket. I think Jimmy Johns could take a lesson from Manny on this. The breakfast servings were good, and plentiful. They even had brie cheese out one morning. Everything was great there. The room had a chair with a few stains on it and the HVAC system had a few broken screws and the cover was coming off, other than that, the room was clean. The reason for the 3 stars is because of the pool. We went down Sunday morning, no one was there and it was borderline gross. There were hairs all over the floor and other debris. In the pool there was A LOT of material floating around the bottom. So much so that it was kind of gross and we just left the pool. Hopefully you will be able to see it in the pictures. I did not say anything to the front desk as we were about ready to go, however I would have if they person at the front asked how the stay was, but the just looked at us until we said we were checking out. She wasn't impolite, just not service industry level polite.

I never say Super and Clean when describing a hotel but it was super clean. Staff was naturally kind and polite. They had a social gathering with complimentary snacks and beer, wine and brie. Very nice experience. We will definately be back.
