A equipe é muito prestativa e amigável. Os jardins são muito limpos e em ordem. O quarto cheirava um pouco a mofo, mas era junho e nada que um desumidificador não resolva. Sua propagação complementar de café-da-manhã foi ótimo! Ovos, haxixe, grãos, waffles, frutas, iogurte - é um lugar relaxante muito familiar.

Este lugar em geral é uma ótima estadia!! Especialmente para donos de animais de estimação. Eu amo sua política de animais de estimação e a equipe de arrumação é muito simpática e detalhista com a limpeza em geral. Um membro da equipe um pouco irritante e um pouco de atualização necessária na banheira me irritou enquanto estava lá. No entanto, a simpatia e eficiência dos gerentes, bem como da maioria dos funcionários, compensaram quaisquer falhas. O pequeno-almoço quente, piscina e ginásio são grandes adições. Eu recomendo este hotel e vou experimentar esta marca a partir de agora quando viajar com ou sem o nosso animal de estimação.

Estávamos viajando pela área de Baltimore e reservamos esta estadia com antecedência. Romelo prestou um excelente serviço ao cliente no check-in, atendendo ao nosso pedido de um quarto livre de animais de estimação. O nosso quarto era excepcionalmente limpo. Gostamos do layout e encontramos tudo o que precisávamos na cozinha. Check-out foi perfeito e nós apreciamos as opções de café-da-manhã de waffles, iogurte, frutas, sucos, doces e barras de granola para viagem. Cada membro da equipe que encontramos foi amigável e útil.

Estábamos viajando por el área de Baltimore y reservamos esta estadía con anticipación. Romelo brindó un excelente servicio al cliente en el check-in, cumpliendo con nuestra solicitud de una habitación sin mascotas. Nuestra habitación estaba excepcionalmente limpia. Nos gustó el diseño y encontramos todo lo que necesitábamos en la cocina. El registro de salida fue perfecto y disfrutamos de las opciones de desayuno de gofres, yogur, fruta, jugos, pasteles y barras de granola para llevar. Cada miembro del personal con el que nos encontramos fue amable y servicial.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The grounds are very clean and in order. The room smelled a little musty but it was June and nothing a dehumidifier can't fix. Their complementary breakfast spread was great! Eggs, hash, grits, waffles, fruit, yogurt - it is a very family friendly relaxing place.

This place overall is a great stay!! Especially for pet owners. I love their pet policy and the housekeeping staff is very friendly and thorough with the cleaning overall. A slightly annoying staff member and a lil bit of updating needed in the bathtub irritated me while there. However the friendliness and efficiency of the managers as well as most of the staff, made up for any glitches. The hot breakfast, pool, and gym are all great additions. I do recommend this hotel and will try this brand from now on when traveling with or without our pet.

We were traveling through the Baltimore area and booked this stay in advance. Romelo provided outstanding customer service at check-in, honoring our request for a pet-free room. Our room was exceptionally clean. We liked the layout and found everything we needed in the kitchenette. Check-out was seamless and we enjoyed the breakfast options of waffles, yogurt, fruit, juices, pastries, and to-go granola bars. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful.

Romelo (?), o cara da noite de sábado, foi um excelente atendimento ao cliente. A equipe foi muito útil. O quarto era lindo e espaçoso. Acho que temos uma suíte. Então eu gostava de ter uma quitinete e micro-ondas, e até mesmo uma pequena lava-louças. A localização era perfeita – fora de Baltimore, mas em uma faixa de hotéis densamente povoada.Eu voltaria em um piscar de olhos.

É um lugar bonito. Considere-o um lar, longe de casa. Bom, pequeno-almoço gratuito, linda lareira ao ar livre para relaxamento à noite. As suítes estão equipadas com tudo que você precisa em uma casa. Cozinhe as suas refeições e conserve/quente alimentos cozinhados com uma kitchenette moderna e um enorme frigorífico/congelador. É bom para viagens de negócios e lazer.

Es un lugar hermoso. Considéralo un hogar, lejos de casa. Agradable desayuno gratis, encantadora chimenea al aire libre para relajarse por la noche. Las suites están equipadas con todo lo necesario en un hogar. Cocine sus comidas y conserve/caliente los alimentos cocidos con una cocina moderna y una nevera/congelador enorme. Es bueno tanto para viajes de negocios como de placer.

Beautiful place, spacious rooms and the suite feel just like 'a home.' However, in serious need for better management. No room service... called for towels, and was told to go get them at the Service Desk, no internet (didn't work) despite even asking for help to connect...and the WORST part...no building security. Building A, you could go in and out without using a key card. One night I found a couple frantically swiping their card with no response from the door. I told them, 'just pull it...it's probably not locked...' and in they got in. No key card needed despite a posted sign indicating a key card is needed. No pool either...(out of season?). I called the management and explained the above. SoI hope some action has been taken!

Romelo (?), the Saturday night guy, was an excellent customer servant. The staff was very helpful. The room was beautiful and spacious. I believe we got a suite. So I liked having a kitchenette and microwave, and even a tiny dishwasher. The location was perfect – outside of Baltimore, but in a densely populated strip of hotels. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

It's a beautiful place. Consider it a home, away from home. Nice, free breakfast, lovely outdoor fireplace for evening relaxation. The suites are equipped with everything you need in a home. Cook your meals and preserve/warm cooked foods with a modern kitchenette and huge fridge/freezer. It's good for both business and pleasure trips.

A equipe aqui é muito indelicada, especificamente Margo. Houve tantos problemas com a minha estadia.Reservei a Suite Superior e fui atribuído a um quarto que não foi completamente limpo. As almofadas não foram colocadas de volta no sofá corretamente. O detergente da cozinha foi usado. Há também apenas uma panela pequena, então não pude aproveitar ao máximo o cooktop. Havia também uma mancha úmida no carpete e excrementos estranhos no armário ao lado da cozinha. O sofá-cama também tinha manchas nas almofadas e detritos e migalhas no colchão quando puxado para fora. O suporte da tábua de passar estava quebrado. Estava sujo.Havia pontas de cigarro todas sobre o lugar lá fora.Houve também um problema com as chaves do quarto. As chaves pararam de funcionar na manhã seguinte, então falei com Steven, o auditor noturno. Ele reprogramou as chaves, mas só me devolveu uma e essa não estava funcionando. Quando voltei para a mesa novamente, Steven me informou que havia um problema de bateria com a porta e que a manutenção não estaria no local por um tempo. Parecia não haver nenhum senso de urgência até que eu o avisei que meus filhos estavam sozinhos na sala. Steven então me escoltou até a sala e ele conseguiu abrir a porta depois de algumas tentativas, mas não houve nenhum acompanhamento. Um pouco mais tarde, depois de terminar o café da manhã, fui trancado do lado de fora do meu quarto novamente e tive que visitar a recepção pela terceira vez. Desta vez eu falei com, Margo e ela foi tão rude! Eu tive que explicar meu problema para ela várias vezes e quando perguntei o nome dela, sua resposta foi "Meu nome é Margo e você tenha um ótimo dia, senhora". Pedi a ela que esclarecesse o que ela queria dizer quando havíamos acabado de conversar, e eu estava esperando que ela arrumasse a porta e ela ficou irada, alegando que estava apenas sendo educada. Seu tom era sarcástico e pouco profissional. Perguntei então pelo gerente e Margo me informou que ela era a gerente do hotel, o que parecia mentira. Como Steven, Margo veio ao quarto e conseguiu me deixar entrar, mas as chaves continuaram com defeito durante a minha estadia. Nenhum deles se desculpou pelo inconveniente.Chamar isso de experiência decepcionante seria um eufemismo. Vim aqui para relaxar e saí mais estressada do que quando cheguei! Tenho próximas viagens este mês e Sonesta ES teria sido minha primeira escolha, mas depois dessa experiência não tenho tanta certeza. Como hóspede, não me senti nada valorizado.

The staff here are very impolite, specifically Margo. There were so many problems with my stay.I booked the Superior Suite and was assigned to a room that was not thoroughly cleaned. The cushions were not placed back into the sofa properly. The dish detergent in the kitchenette was used. There also only one small pan, so I couldn't take full advantage of the cooktop. There was also a damp spot in the carpet and strange droppings in the closet adjacent to the kitchenette. The sofa bed also had stains on the cushions and debris and crumbs on the mattress when pulled out. The holder for the ironing board was broken. It was dirty.There were cigarette butts all over the place outside.There was also an issue with the room keys. The keys stopped working the following morning, so I spoke to Steven, the night auditor. He reprogrammed the keys but only returned one to me and that one was not working. When I returned to the desk again, Steven informed me that there was a battery issue with the door and that maintenance would not be onsite for a while. There seemed to be no sense of urgency until I let him know that my children were in the room alone. Steven then escorted me to the room and he was able to open the door after a few attempts, but there was no follow up whatsoever. A little while later after I finished breakfast, I was locked out of my room yet again and had to visit the front desk a third time. This time I spoke with, Margo and she was so rude! I had to explain my issue to her multiple times and when I asked for her name, her response was "My name is Margo and you have a great day, Ma'am." I asked her to clarify what she meant as we we had just spoken, and I was waiting for her to fix the door and she became irate, claiming that she was just being polite. Her tone was sarcastic and unprofessional. I then asked for the manager and Margo informed me that she was the hotel manager, which seemed like a lie. Like Steven, Margo came to the room and was able to let me back in but the keys continued to malfunction for the duration of my stay. Neither of them apologized for the inconvenience.To call this a experience disappointment would be an understatement. I came here to relax and I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived! I have upcoming travel this month and Sonesta ES would have been my top choice, but after this experience I'm not so sure. As a guest, I did not feel valued at all.

Meu grande grupo e eu ficamos uma noite neste hotel. Nosso voo (companhias aéreas da Spirit) foi cancelado da Filadélfia para NOLA e o único voo alternativo foi no dia seguinte de Baltimore às 19h. Eu rapidamente reservei este hotel e apenas assumi que teríamos que lidar com o fato de sermos apertados em um pequeno quarto menos favorável. Eu estava errado! O quarto era espaçoso, bonito e limpo.. a equipe foi incrível. Mensagem especial para Margo! Ela foi tão gentil e acolhedora. Fomos abençoados por encontrá-la. O café-da-manhã de cortesia foi delicioso (waffles, aveia, biscoitos e calda, cereais, iogurte, pães bagels etc.) lavamos nossas roupas do aeroporto (pequena taxa de moeda.. o hotel oferece detergente). Margo nos forneceu um check-out tardio devido às circunstâncias e agendou um traslado para o aeroporto. Muito obrigado! Nós definitivamente voltaremos se alguma vez na área!

Rápidamente reservé este hotel y asumí que tendríamos que lidiar con estar apretados en una habitación pequeña menos que favorable. ¡Estaba equivocado! La habitación era espaciosa, bonita y limpia... el personal era increíble. Un saludo especial a Margo! Ella fue muy amable y complaciente. Fuimos bendecidos al encontrarnos con ella. El desayuno gratuito era delicioso (gofres, avena, galletas y salsa, cereales, yogur, pan, bagels, etc.) lavamos la ropa del aeropuerto (tarifa pequeña con monedas... el hotel proporciona detergente). Margo nos proporcionó una salida tardía debido a la circunstancia y programó un viaje en autobús al aeropuerto. ¡Muchas gracias! ¡Definitivamente regresaremos si alguna vez en el área!

My large group and I stayed one night at this hotel. Our flight (Spirit airlines) was canceled from Philly to NOLA and the only alternative flight was the following day from Baltimore at 7pm. I quickly booked this hotel and just assumed we would have to deal with being cramped in a small less than favorable room. I was wrong! The room was spacious, beautiful and clean..the staff was incredible. Special shout out to Margo! She was so kind and accommodating. We were blessed to encounter her. The free breakfast was delicious (waffles, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, breads bagels etc.) we washed our airport clothes (small coin fee.. the hotel provides detergent). Margo provided us with a late checkout due to the circumstance and scheduled a shuttle ride to the airport. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back if ever in the area!
