Hotel muito bem localizado. Com boa estrutura na propriedade. Possuem boliche e restaurante no complexo do hotel. Também possuem um serviço de Shuttle para o metrô e para o aeroporto. Isso faz muita diferença. O café da manhã é bom. No entanto eu tive problemas com a chave do meu quarto logo na chegada. E ninguém se mostrou muito interessado em resolver até que envolvi o gerente. Outra coisa foi a ilha de café. Eles disponibilizam uma ilha de café para os hóspedes. Mas depois das 17 h o café sempre estava frio. Fora isso é uma boa opção devido ao preço, localização e o serviço de Shuttle.

Great bang for your buck. If you want to do Boston on the cheap, this hotel is a good option. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Location is in the outskirts of Boston, and the only thing to do around the area within walking distance is bowling or a pub. That said the train station is 2.5 miles away and the hotel has a shuttle that will take you there. Once you are there, it will only cost you $2.40 to go downtown. You can even call them to pick you up from the station when you get back (up to a certain time). There's a good grocery store within walking distance so you can buy anything that you forgot to bring or some prepared food in case you want to save money.

My wife and I stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Boston and we had a great and remarkable experience. Very nice place, beautiful rooms, friendly staff and wonderful location. Thumbs up! 👍🏾

I’m rating Ramanda 5 star because it’s good value for its price.I just needed a room to sleep in to catch my next flight. The room and bedsheets were clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I wished I knew what brand the pillows and mattress were so I can buy them for myself. Some reviewers complained about the smell but I had a cold so l honestly don’t have an opinion about that. The front desk staff, Muhammud and and older man (in the morning) were very polite.I’ve stayed at more expensive hotels were the staff had very bad attitudes. The shuttle is prompt and $10 each ride. It took 20 mins to get to the airport. Some people also say it serves as a homeless shelter. I’m not sure about this but I will say you can’t tell. At around 12:00 am there were a group of men talking loudly and swearing but it only lasted for 3 minutes. If you want a luxury experience, go somewhere else. If you want a decent place to sleep at, Ramanda will serve its purpose.

I was at the JFK/UMass T stop and called for the free shuttle to pick me up as I had a fully paid reservation for last night. Mzwabi, at the front desk, was very difficult and first refused to send the shuttle to the subway station although I was only two minutes away. In the second call she was extremely difficult and refused to offer directions to the shuttle bus from the station. I then called back and spoke with Oliver, the manager on duty, who was equally as unhelpful. After 30 minutes the shuttle finally arrived and, after a call to Oliver, Hillary refused to take me to the hotel. I called Priceline who told me I had a non-refundable reservation even after the agent had supposedly called the hotel and had asked for a refund authorization. After a few additional calls I finally reached Oliver who stated that I had been extremely abusive in talking to Hillary and therefore would not be allowed into the hotel or my room. His claim was totally unfounded. P.S. The neighborhood is a dump.

The photos of the hotel rooms seem to be doctored - This hotel is literally a catfish, don’t waste your time, the rooms smell bad, ants crawling around, sheets were dirty, carpet was dirty, bathroom had light brown staining. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Oh and they over charged me by nearly $300!!

This place is a scam!! I made my reservation by phone call, but I did not learn until later that the hotel also serves as a homeless shelter. This is not disclosed on their website, nor did anyone make me aware of this over the phone. Upon learning of this information, I called to cancel my reservation but they did not have record of my call and said that I made my reservation through a third party organization! I did not call a third party agency, I went through the phone number listed on google and their website so they must have transferred me without my knowledge! The employee said that I must call the agency to get a refund and gave me their name and number. They claim this agency is affiliated with Ramada hotels. The woman said the name of the agency was DerbySoft (I even clarified the name with her) but when googling, it comes up as a software company in Dallas. I called the number the lady gave me, and it was DISCONNECTED! I have no way of getting my money back because Ramada claims they cannot do anything, even though I made the reservation directly through them. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED AND STOLEN FROM!

everyone, stay away from this hotel.I stayed one night at this hotel in Middletown RI in September, 2021, and they charged me twice for the stay.They acknowledged that they double charged me, but they did not refunded me the money.Then I escalated this issue to their corporate office, however it is Feb 25, 2022 today, they still have not refunded me the money, and I can not reach to them anymore. If you want get into the trouble of being charged twice and spending hours to resolve it without response, please stay at this hotel to get this memorable experience.

They get a higher mark from me because they sent a shuttle to pick me up at the airport after midnight. I have stayed there before and found it good enough, clean and comfortable, but nothing special. I didn't need special; I needed a bed. I will likely stay there again.

Tome este hotel porque tenia piscina ademas lo hice pormi hijo le gusta muchoy siempre que salimos de vacaciones el quiere que donde nos quedemos allá una piscina para poder disfrutar sin tener que desplazarnos y Me parece de mal gusto que ofrecen el servicio de piscina pero nunca estuvo en funcionamiento siempre dijeron mañana y nunca funciono diciendo que no tenían guardia el quedo totalmente decepcionado deberían informarlo antes de la reserva y tampoco estar diciendo hoy no y mañana si sabiendo que no lo van hacer.

Habitación cómoda y limpia. Desayuno bastante bien, aunque el comedor es pequeño y está algo abarrotado. El hotel dispone de unas furgonetas que te llevan y recogen en la estación de metro más próxima, ya que está bastante alejado.

Me gustò mucho, limpio, espacioso, con shuttle al aeropuerto y la estacion de metro. Los pasillos son abiertos asì que en otoño e invierno es helado! Pero en otras epocas es muy aceptable y super recomendable. El desayuno muy bien. Recontravolverìa. Muy importante ir con auto porque quedà muy lejos del centro de la ciudad. Sin auto, descartarlo.

Quizas el entorno no sea el mas agradable, pero relacion precio calidad vale la pena. Tiene estacionamiento y si tu idea es recorrer Boston, los estacionamientos no son baratos en el centro. Las instalaciones son buenas. En frente hay un bowling gigante donde ademas de jugar se puede comer. El precio del mismo hotel en el centro de Boston era el doble. Recomendable

Hotel que baja la imagen de los Ramada. Es un motel bastante viejo, lejos de todo en Boston, en zona que no permite paseos y que para compensar tiene servicios como un suttel al aeropuerto o al metro gratuitos, piscina, desayuno incluido, café... gratis. Pero no puede ocultar unas habitaciones oscuras, con baños viejos y pequeños con aire acondicionado muy antiguo que es muy ruidoso.

Teníamos 2 habitaciones reservadas, al llegar al hotel nuestra sorpresa fue que el hotel tenían todas las habitaciones llenas. Nos ubicaron en otro hotel cercano con las mismas condiciones y "mismo" precio. El otro hotel estaba bastante bien pero la diferencia entre el precio de las habitaciones era de 100 dólares siendo este último más barato. Mi conclusión es que reservan habitaciones de más y reubican a la gente a hoteles de menor calidad para sacar mayor beneficio. No lo recomiendoWe had 2 rooms reserved, upon arriving at the hotel our surprise was that the hotel had all the rooms full. We were located in another nearby hotel with the same conditions and "same" price. The other hotel was pretty good but the difference between the price of the rooms was 100 $, the latter being cheaper. My conclusion is that they book extra rooms and relocate people to lower quality hotels to get more benefit. I do not recommend it

El hotel está muy bien, la habitación es amplia tiene heladera, ofrecen hielo, productos para aseo personal, la piscina es muy amplia y limpia funciona de 9/9. El desayuno es abundante de 6/10 am. Cuenta con un servicio de transporte gratis al Subway y aeropuerto que lo hace muy cómodo y funciona de 7am/11pm.
