“Not a bad hotel served it's purpose for our weekend visit, easy to get to. Only used the room none of the amenities. Cleaning services could use some work.”
— Amanda Bobby
“My husband and I went to the Ramada to meet with a few of my friends from College. It was one of my friend's birthdays and they got rooms to stay the night and have a good time. While we all were there, we decided to go down to the pool. It was supposed to be a very slow weekend with not a lot of things in town going on. However, the pool was slightly busy. There was a family of 5 or 6 (two parents and a handful of kids) in the Hot tub. I wouldn't have had an issue if it was they were in there for a short period of time and got out like the rules are... but they were in the Hot tub for more than an hour. The kids were jumping from the edge of the hot tub into the pool, getting out of the pool and back into the hot tub, multiple times. Staff walked by multiple times and witnessed kids jumping from one to the other. One even came and refilled the towels. But nothing was said. Eventually my friends decided to just get in the hot tub despite the family... the family was rude about it. I can't blame Ramada for that aspect, but I think there should always be a staff member at the pool or around it when it is open. This was extremely frustrating.”
