“Not exactly what I expected for the price point.... It's almost impossible to get extra linens and the front desk doesn't seem to communicate with the housekeepers.
The gentlemen we checked in with, however, were really kind and personable”

“Recently refurbished rooms were OK, but shower head was apparently screwed on without tape. Water all over the place. Advertised shuttle, but didn't mention that shuttle only starts @ 7 AM. If you have an early flight, you have to get a taxi. Don't rely on the hotel's promise to have a taxi ready at the correct hour. We finally had to call our own, had to rush to make flight.
Guess only in the big cities, like Medford, Oregon can you get a shuttle for an early flight.
Won't stay at this place again.”
