“Fantastic breakfast buffet and just about perfectly located to explore Odense's connection to Hand Christian Andersen. Room was immaculate, quiet and had a welcomed bathtub. Attached to a casino which we did not go into, nor did we hear it. I would stay here again if I find myself in Odense.”

A nice hotel - perfectly located in the city and a good and nice room. Bed sofa for kids was big enough and comfortable. Arrived late so stay was short. Room was modern and well designed. Lounge area was cozy and welcoming. Socializing in their "living room" area seemed to be very tempting. Breakfast was good enough. Warmly recommended

It’s bit old property, but rooms are well maintained. There is no air conditioning, they offer table fans. Sleeping at nights for people travelling from Middle East and Asian countries will be very difficult. Breakfast spread is not that great, very limited options. Overall ok, not that great.

The hotel is having a quite good location. It seems to be an older building but the rooms are fairly fresh and modern and seems to have been refurbished within the last few years. Check-in and out was super easy and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was the standard Western breakfast buffet, but it was quite nice and had a decent selection of options and tastes. It's a good hotel if you have business in Odense and need a place to stay for a night or 2.

Great location bad management. I like the location which is well located in the central location of Odense. But I really hate how it is managed. First I booked this property since I noticed they have a gym. When I checked in I found it was closed since March. If they are thoughtful enough they would have a temporary location. Instead I went into the gym it was all empty and I see no process of it. The receptionists are terrible. When I arrived no one was there. They gave misleading information about the parking. I was told that I could park at the indoor parking and provide the car license plate when I check out. Then I parked and the other receptionist giving me a cold tone saying parking was none of the hotel business. I was fined at the end by the parking lot since I did not register the car. As a tourist I had no idea how parking worked in Odense. Things are mostly not in English. Maybe that’s not a place for non domestic visitors. The good thing about this hotel was the breakfast was good.

The best things of this hotel is the location. Nice decoration and the restaurant is great. When I first arrived my card did not work and I needed to walk back to the reception. Room is cosy but the floor was not perfectly clean. No fridge in the room and we need to check out at 11 a.m.

Hotel encantador. Pessoal muito amigável. Café da manhã para matar. O lobby é moderno e convidativo. Os quartos, porém, estavam cansados e não tinham AC. O hotel está passando por reformas. Excelente hotel com bom atendimento e quartos amplos. O hotel parece um pouco com os anos 80, com tijolos escuros no interior. É possível estacionar por 50, - pr. dia em estacionamento privado.

Amazing equipe e realmente excelente café-da-manhã (um dos melhores I've teve). Localização fantástica, tão perto de muitos pontos turísticos e locais. Os quartos não foram tão confortável e realmente quente (sem ar-condicionado !!). Além disso, o nosso quarto tinha um leve cheiro de suor de um hóspede anterior. Desde conforto durante o sono é uma espécie de importante em um hotel que eu estava tentado a dar 3 estrelas, mas a localização, pessoal e café da manhã compensar isso.Um grande ponto negativo é que o hotel tem um casino no porão, o que significa que há um bando de jovens bêbados vagando pela entrada na noite, mas eles pareciam geralmente manter-se para si.

A qualidade deste hotel Radisson é claramente até os padrões normais. Serviço agradável, excelente comida e uma experiência agradável em geral no meio de Odense. Mas o quarto tem paredes muito finas ... Ouvi várias pessoas bêbadas até mesmo ouviu as pessoas no banheiro na sala ao lado. Única reclamação.

Muito centralmente localizado. Temos muito boa tarifa para quarto familiar com 2 camas extras. Sem ar condicionado, mas como não foi muito quente, não foi um problema. Great café-da-manhã com ampla variedade de diferentes opções de comida. Estacionamento gratuito atrás do hotel. Recomende !!!

Depois de algumas complicações com uma tediosa reserva dupla em nosso quarto, que foi rapidamente resolvida por uma recepcionista rápida, tivemos uma boa estadia. A localização é muito boa para Odense, a uma curta caminhada da maioria dos lugares. Eles estavam apenas deitados em sua mala na mala. Quando chegamos em casa, eles haviam partido. Mas ainda temos o caso ...?!

La ubicación es realmente buena para Odense, a poca distancia a pie de la mayoría de los lugares. El desayuno fue caótico, muy pocos asientos, y las mesas abundaban en vajilla usada, y lo hicieron durante mucho tiempo ... Nos ofrecieron cócteles de Nordlund, que ya conocemos con mucha antelación. Sin embargo, pensé que era mezquino que Comwell mezclara refrescos !! Estoy bastante seguro de que no le conviene a Nordlund ... Mi esposa perdió un par de auriculares Samsung durante nuestra estadía. Ella no los usó, pero los tenía consigo. Estaban simplemente acostados en su maleta en la maleta. Cuando llegamos a casa se habían ido. ¡¿Pero todavía tenemos el caso ...?!

Buen hotel, pero no tienen control sobre la prevención de la corona. Meseros sin vendas hablando sobre la comida y las bebidas, y varios meseros diferentes en la misma mesa. Además, nuestras mesas eran demasiado pequeñas, por lo que nos sentamos demasiado cerca. Pero por lo demás buena comida, bonitas habitaciones y buen servicio.

El personal es increíble y un desayuno realmente excelente (uno de los mejores que he tenido). Fantástica ubicación, muy cerca de muchos lugares de interés. Las habitaciones no eran tan cómodas y muy calientes (no hay aire acondicionado !!). Además, nuestra habitación tenía un ligero olor a sudor de un huésped anterior. Dado que la comodidad mientras duerme es algo importante en un hotel, tuve la tentación de darle 3 estrellas, pero la ubicación, el personal y el desayuno lo compensan.Un gran inconveniente es que el hotel tiene un casino en el sótano, lo que significa que hay un montón de jóvenes borrachos que deambulan por la entrada por la noche, pero en general parecían mantenerse solos.

The quality of this Radisson hotel is clearly up to the normal standards. Nice service, great food, and a overall nice experience in the middle of Odense. But the Room have very thin walls... I heard several drunk people even heard the people on the toilet in the next room. Only complaint.

Comfy beds but very hot rooms that makes it hard to sleep. Bathrooms are clean and fresh with underfloor heating, bath and great shower. Breakfast was great, would rate it 9/10. Casino is dodgy and isn't really part of the hotel.

Good location, spacious room. However, the bed is not comfortable to sleep. It’s 28 degree outside, but the bed sheet is still for the winter time, so I woke up few times because it’s too warm. The pillow is not comfortable. Hope they can improve that.

Not a great stay for me. Room was right off the trash storage and kitchen. Kind of smelled all the time.Location was great, breakfast was good too. Hotel shuts down after midnight, had to bang on the doors to get in. Yeesh.

Charming hotel. Very friendly staff. Breakfast to kill for. Lobby is modern and inviting. Rooms however were tired and had no AC. The hotel is undergoing renovation. So, expect some noise in the morning. Staff exceedingly nice and accommodating. Located in nice safe area with shops and pedestrian area 500 yards away.

Amazing staff and a really excellent breakfast (one of the best I've had). Fantastic location, so close to many sights and locations. Rooms were not so comfortable and really hot (no air-conditioning!!). Also, our room had a faint stink of sweat from a previous guest. Since comfort while sleeping is kind of important in a hotel I was tempted to give 3 stars but the location, staff and breakfast make up for it. One big negative is that the hotel has a casino in the basement, meaning that there's a bunch of drunk youths wandering around the entrance in the night but they seemed to generally keep themselves to themselves.

Very centrally located. We got very good rate for family room with 2 extra beds. No air condition but as it was not too hot it was not an issue. Great breakfast with wide range of different food choices. Free parking behind the hotel. Recommend!!!

It’s rare to go to a 4-star hotel when there’s only ONE person working at the reception and no one at the door. No wonder she is quite indifferent about everything. I asked her about the porch light in my room that’s not working. Her answer was “You should insert the door card to get electricity.” Well, there’s no place to insert the door card (see picture)... Besides, all the lights are up except this one... Hello... You work for a hotel which you don’t know if a room requires a door card inserted to get the electricity? The hotel hall is cozy and the location is nice. Service can be improved.

Es un hotel de cuento en un lugar de cuento. Lugar de nacimiento del padre de casi todos los cuentos modernos. Buen aparcamiento, espectacular desayuno. Situado a un paso del museo y de su casa. En pleno centro de la villa. Una gran opción.
