Very nice staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Not much of a view, but it's not an area with a view. The hot tub was nice and the pool was okay. It's a good size and in warmer weather it would have been a little more inviting. The room with the pool and the hot tub was 52° by the thermostat on the wall. That's the only improvement I can see is if they could have kept it a little bit warm it would have been more inviting. Nonetheless, we had a good time. Breakfast was great and check in and check out was seamless. All in all a very good place to stay in the city.

I am always looking for local places to stay due to my work. The reviews here are sadly horrific and month after month the same issues are arising even though management are promising they care and will take care of it. No one wants to pay for a dirty room and dirty sheets. It makes me shudder. Management, if you are going to continue to promise to fix things, you need to do so. There is far too much competition out there to leave your hotel in such poor shape. I understand, as a manager, your hands are tied and you can only do so much. Send these reviews into corporate and if I were you I'd quit if things don't change. Your reputation is on the line. Everything your guests are complaining about are a BIG DEAL when staying in a hotel. If you can't change it, maybe someone else can. But I know one thing for sure....I always read reviews and I will never stay there. BIG THANK YOU to all who take the time to review and save the rest of us from going through the same miserable experience.

The Hotel room itself was nice enough aside from the small bathroom area. However the room wasn’t cleaned very well, there were empty bottles from previous tenants left under the furniture when we got there. And the windows looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years, inside or out. In addition to the poor cleaning, all of the staff but one was extremely rude and not helpful at any point of our stay. I was yelled at multiple times by the front desk guy at check in (October 14), and the lady who worked the following night was extremely disrespectful and unwilling to do her job (rolling her eyes after being asked nicely to grab towels when there wasn’t any, being rude at every encounter we had, and calling to tell us we were being too loud when we were all already in bed for the night). Definitely won’t be going back because of them, and won’t be recommending the hotel to others.

If I could rate this zero stars I would. From the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out it was a terrible experience. I came with my family to see a concert and expected to stay in a room that would be worth 150$ for a one night stay, It was not. When we came in we were a little early so we asked if we could get our room early but understood if we couldn’t and the man working at the front desk was Very rude. We left then came back and got ready to head up to our room where our key card declined. When we went back down the man at the desk Again was very rude. We got settled in only to find our room was messy absolutely disgusting! The floor was not vacuumed , nothing was wiped down and there was a pungent smell in the room. Our bed sheets were dirty!!! There was black and red hair everywhere and crumbs in every corner. When we walked into the bathroom the floor was sticky and there was toothpaste on the floor. We tried to ignore it and go to bed but the walls were so thin we could hear everything from every angle. We could hear the vending machine even across the hall. The next morning the breakfast was sickening, the food looked stale and it was dry. The eggs and sausage were disgusting. This is not a hotel I would recommend to anyone, me and my family will NEVER be staying here again.

What a beautiful place! It's location is perfect; easy access and welcoming. Immediately when you walk in there's a warmth to it. The all-together lay out is meant for comfort, plus a nice zen. The rooms are spacious and the tones are just what you need to relax. It's truly beautiful and clean. Now, again, on the customer service subject I'll always bring up...5 Stars all-the-way. I had the pleasure of interacting with Khan, three Assistant General Manager. He seemed to have a sence of how make everything perfect as if he knew me. Amazing!! Kind, caring and professional. I also spoke with another gentleman, over the phone, who helped get things booked. I can say, if you're visiting from out-of-state; town; or just need to get away, go here!
