Nice hotel, friendly staff, good location in the city center with many parking options. The breakfast was diversified and delicious.

This is a four star hotel but one star is definitely falling. The service lacks profesionalism. In the breakfast room had only one attendant that worked late till dinner. She was the only one that spoke english in that department. In the room the mirror by the desk was dirty and the bed frame has hand prints on it. I got some recommendations from the front desk to go visit some wineries in Azeitao.I drove there and was not possible to visit whithout previous reservation. You would think that they forgot to tell me or they were not aware??? I was pretty sad but I tell you they don't know what they're saying.No concierge service there.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Wifi could be faster, during my stay the AC was switched off. The room is very tidy. The breakfast is okay. Nothing fancy but covers all bases. I haven't tried the in-house facilities. Considering the price this hotel can compete with much more expersive hotels.
