“Probably the worst premier inn I have ever stayed in. Very tired and worn out rooms. We asked for a quiet room at the end of a corridor as we had been on the road since 0500 and had another 7hrs driving the next day, yet despite arriving at 1400 we were given a room in the first part of the corridor, the room was very stuffy and you couldn't open the window due to road noise from the adjacent dual carriageway, this then was made worse by inconsiderant hotel guests who were very noisy from 0030 to 0200, the contact card for reception was not present in the room so I couldn't ring down and complain and when we left in the morning there was no staff on reception. Never again will I stay at this hotel.”

“Stayed here several times, we always have a family room which are spacious and clean with good facilities. The location is ideal being near Preston, Leyland and Blackburn. The beds are very comfortable and we've never had trouble sleeping. The staff are generally helpful and friendly when needed.”
