We came for the CMA Festival. We came in a day early. The Omni is beautiful, the beds are so comfortable, clean, and the location is perfect! The spa was absolutely AMAZING! If you ever need a great massage ask for Laura! She is the BEST!!! The service was the very best! All the restaurants inside the hotel were delicious also. I highly recommend staying here.

Funcionários muito simpáticos, serviço excelente e instalações muito limpas. Um dos hotéis mais limpos que já estive!! O ambiente da entrada era muito legal. Quando entrei pela primeira vez, sabia que era um daqueles hotéis muito agradáveis. A área da piscina e spa é insanamente incrível. Eu amo a hera de Boston nas paredes. Eles ainda têm uma fogueira! O restaurante Barlines tinha comida muito boa, e os preços eram muito razoáveis!! Eu definitivamente voltaria no futuro e recomendaria este lugar para qualquer outra pessoa que planeja ir a Nashville.

Uma experiência tão grande! Reservei o doce executivo para o aniversário da minha esposa e nos divertimos muito! Centralmente localizado a uma curta caminhada da Broadway. A equipe e o serviço de manobrista foram ótimos e muito simpáticos, desculpe por não poder enviar um vídeo do quarto. Minha preocupação com a banheira não estar quente o suficiente estava errada, a temperatura estava ótima! Eu recomendo ao obter um quarto com vista que você certifique-se de obter um nível de dois dígitos. Há 13 nível acabei no nível cinco ainda uma bela vista, mas quanto mais alto melhor. Há uma academia para todos os viciados em malhação. Certifique-se também de reservar com antecedência para o spa minha esposa tentou fazer uma caminhada e foi completamente reservado. Muito o que fazer no Omni! Tivemos um grande momento. APROVEITAR

Very friendly staff, excellent service, and very clean facility. One of the cleanest hotels I have been in!! The ambiance of the entrance was very cool. When I first walked in, I knew it was one of those very nice hotels. The pool and spa area is insanely awesome. I love the Boston ivy on the walls. They even have a fire pit! The Barlines restaurant had very good food, and the prices were very reasonable!! I’d definitely be back in the future, and I’d recommend this place to anyone else that is planning to go toNashville.

My room was on the 10th floor facing the city street beautiful view no complaints there. The hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location downtown. Because my room faced the street I was up all night hearing sirens about 1 time an hour through the night either fire trucks or police cars or something but it felt like all night for every night I stayed. Also the doors all slam shut so if you are trying to get a much needed day rest nap or anything the doors outside my room when people leave there are like a loud wham every time so no sleep for 3 days. Get soft close on those or something and triple pane thicker window for the city street view so people can enjoy some sleep

Such a Great experience! Booked the Executive sweet for my Wife’s birthday and we had a blast! Centrally located a short walk to Broadway. The staff and valet service was great and very friendly sorry I couldn’t upload a video of the room. My concern of the tub not being hot enough was wrong the temperature was great! I recommend when getting a room with a view that you make sure you get a double digit level. There’s 13 level I ended up on level five still a nice view but the higher the better. There’s a gym for all you work out junkies. Also be sure to book in advance for the spa my wife tried to do a walk in and it was completely booked. Lots to do at the Omni! We had a great time. ENJOY

Everything was so clean, location is perfect. Staff was great. Bed was great! We also had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both places have wonderful food and service. We will definitely be returning next year.

Minha esposa e eu passamos um fim de semana prolongado em Nashville e decidimos fazer alarde em hospedagem. Nosso quarto não estava pronto quando chegamos, mas eles nos deram alguns bilhetes de bebida de cortesia para a nossa espera. O quarto estava pronto em meia hora e era muito bom. Todas as instalações estavam limpas e todos os funcionários foram extremamente agradáveis, incluindo manutenção da casa. Estacionamento com manobrista foi um toque caro, mas bem dentro da razão em comparação com as outras oportunidades de estacionamento durante a noite. My wife and I spent a long weekend in Nashville and decided to splurge on lodging. Our room was not ready when we arrived,but they gave us some complimentary drink tickets for our wait. The room was ready within a half hour and was very nice. All of the facilities were clean and all the staff were extremely pleasant,including house keeping.Vallet parking was a touch pricey,but well within reason compared to the other overnight parking opportunities.Overall,it was a great experience and will most likely stay there again

Best atmosphere.They have Johnny Cash's boots in the lobby! The room was excellent,clean, and the bed was like Heaven!The valet was very friendly and quick! Multiple restaurants and shops are in the bottom,so you don't have to leave if you don't want to! Loved it!

Do manobrista, para a recepção, e tudo entre foi uma experiência de 5 estrelas. O quarto era muito limpo, o Mokara Spa foi a melhor massagem que já tive. Se você não estiver hospedado no Omni, está fazendo algo errado. Grito especial para todos os funcionários da recepção, eles fizeram o check-in e o check-out o mais fácil e melhor. Sem mencionar que as camas são super confortáveis, e as vistas do horizonte de Nashville do quarto eram de primeira qualidade. Não podemos esperar para ficar novamente.

muito muito muito decepcionado! Tem um tipo de localização muito bom de um ambiente agradável quando você entra pela primeira vez. A comida tem uma apresentação agradável, mas absolutamente carece de amor e sabor. Zero atenção aos detalhes. Estava faltando xícaras nos quartos, não conseguia pegar uma xícara para tomar uma xícara de café que você pode fazer no seu próprio quarto. Eles tinham algum tipo de situação em que tinham zero água quente e podiam até tomar um banho! ! Nem mesmo uma desculpa ou “é isso que vamos fazer por você”. Absolutamente zero atenção ao serviço ao cliente. Wynn realmente precisa abrir um hotel aqui!! não há sequer um serviço de transporte do aeroporto?

Excited to have a local overnight with the wife.Ihad to valet my new Tesla Plaid that I had for two months and just washed that day.Valet for the night was the only option.Next day two scratched wheels that I noticed immediately because I was nervous about valeting a new car.Still in the honeymoon mode with it :) They went to complete denial so I asked for video of them parking and securing my vehicle for which I paid.They claim they don’t have video but they interviewed their staff and confirmed they weren’t responsible.I don’t go to stay at the Omni to somehow trick them into paying for a damage wheel. I go for relaxation and willing to pay top dollar for that treatment.However, when I pay for a service and don’t receive it and on top of that they somehow imply that I am fault sends me into a very frustrated mindset.A truly respectable business values and respects their customers and doesn’tIndirectly call them a liar.Hoping a hotel that charges high rates can be held to higher standards.#OmniNashvilleValetIsNotTrustworthy

very very very disappointed! It has a pretty good location kind of a nice ambience when you first come in. The food has nice presentation but absolutely lacks love and taste.Zero attention to detail. Was missing cups in the rooms couldn’t seem to get a cup to have a cup of coffee that you can make in your own room. They had some kind of a situation where they had zero warm water could even take a shower!!Noteven a sorry or “this is what we’re gonna do for you”. Absolutely zero attention to customer service. Wynnreally need to open up a hotel here!! there is not even a shuttle from the airport?

From the valet, to the front desk, and all in between it was a 5 star experience. Room was very clean, Mokara Spa was the best massage I’ve ever had. If you aren’t staying at the Omni you’re doing something wrong. Special shout-out to all front desk employees, they made checking in and out the easiest and best. Not to mention the beds are super comfy, and the Nashville skyline views from the room were top notch. We cannot wait to stay again.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Don't have a single complaint. Would stay here anytime. The hotel restaurants are a bit overpriced, but otherwise a great place. The hotel store, Five and Tenn, is quaint and the prices very very good .

Ubicado en downtown Nashville, comparte el edificio con el museo de la música y tambien hay varios restaurants y cafetería.El servicio es excelente y el personal enfocado en el buen servicio a los huespedes, por ejemplo ofrecen desayuno a la hora que se quiera (entre 6.30 a 10) dejando la hoja de solicitud el día anterior en la puerta.Las instalaciones son de primera calidad, sobretodo gimnasio y piscina.Si fuera nuevamente a Nashville este hotel sin duda sería mi primera opción.
