“Pésimo servicio en el check in , yo había reservado dos cuartos en hoteles.con y ahí me dijeron que solo tenían uno y era de expedía, y que era a final de cuentas la misma empresa cosa que yo no tengo porque saber , mucha preocupación al no tener el otro cuarto y cero disposición de ayudar a resolver por favor atención en esos detalles gracias”

“Fuimos al Congreso de la Academia Americana de Otorrinolaringología y nos hospedamos en este Hotel. Muy bonito y cómodo. Empleados amables… pero sufrí una caída en la bañera (está muy lisa y resbalosa)y no sentí empatía alguna, un simple lo sentimos mucho y ya. No esperaba una compensación económica,pero al menos una retribución de algún tipo.”
