“Llegue al hotel a las 9pm, el recepcionista me aseguro que si habia habitación disponible para mi, pero que estaban limpiando las habitaciones y solo quedaba esperar para que pudiera dármela. ME ASEGURO QUE LA HABITACIÓN SI ESTABA DISPONIBLE. Estuve esperando cerca de 5 horas a que me asignarán una habitación y eso JAMÁS OCURRIÓ. Cerca de las 2am me acerco a preguntarle nuevamente al recepcionista sobre la habitación y me dice que YA NO HAY HABITACIONES DISPONIBLES. Entonces, tuve que salir a las 2am a buscar otro hotel solo porque esta persona no fue capaz de decirme la verdad (que no había habitaciones) cuando le pregunte. ES UNA COMPLETA BURLA. Tenía incluso a personas mayores esperando HORAS una habitación sin consideración alguna. Porquería de hotel, servicio y personal. JAMÁS SE HOSPEDEN AQUÍ.”

“The hotel is pretty nice and fancy looking, good room service and surprisingly amazing breakfast buffet. Rooms are nice and big, but it's really hard to regulate water temperature when taking a shower, and the pillows aren't very comfortable. Overall, good place to stay.”
