“Serviço terrível, eles me cobraram US $ 500 mais IVA por nos receber antes do horário do check-in, NUNCA aconteceu comigo que eles cobraram para recebê-lo antes. este. A atitude da recepcionista deixa muito a desejar ao invés de dar soluções ela começa a brigar, ela precisa de treinamento em atendimento ao cliente.Para piorar quando me dão o quarto, ainda está cheio de lixo de um hóspede anterior, o banheiro estava com vazamento, não servem água no quarto e quando solicitei serviço de restaurante, duas horas se passaram e nunca recebi qualquer coisa, eu escolhia sair para encontrar algo para comer.Não recomendo, nunca mais volto aqui.”
