Excellent! The hotel itself is average nothing spectacular but a good hotel for the price.I stayed here for a week for Salone as I like to wake up and go directly to the fair and this is the closest hotel. Working as a luxury hospitality professional for over 15 years ,often times I catch myself being too picky or critical about the design or service, but sometimes when you meet genuinely wonderful people who are naturally kind and welcoming, it changes your whole experience at that place and that’s really what makes a hotel successful . It is not the design nor the architect or the food or the linen in the rooms.It’s the personnel…it is the people of the hotel that makes you feel home..those are the ones that make a good hotel ‘Great’! Everything that could go wrong went wrong in my stay and it was frustrating at times however Simone at the reception always found a solution and saved the day. I wish there was a Simone in every hotel I stay. He was exceptional .Giovanni, please know if it wasn’t for Simone ,my rating would be 3.5 but he made it a 5 star experience and I truly appreciate it. He knows how to calm a guest and change their experience completely and that’s what hospitality is.He will be a great general manager one day as he understands the basics of hotel business very well and how to make an impact on guest experience ,how to make a frustrated guest leave the desk smiling. He is a natural. Thank you Simone ,I know you are going to get to great places in life and you deserve it.

The location of the hotel is relatively remote from the center of Milan, and the transportation mainly relies on taxis to get in and out of the city center. The internal facilities of the hotel are fairly new, the breakfast provides a variety of choices, and the overall evaluation is moderate.

Well positioned exactly in the entrance of the Rho Fair. Fair rooms, cleaning was ok, price was expensive but it is logical due to the fair period. Service was slow, it can be improved. Breakfast was very good without any rush even after the closing hour.

Hotel building is unique, it's like replica of Pisa leaning tower. Rooms are spacious and good with all aminities. WiFi is super speed. Breakfast is good. Only draw back hotel is far from city center of Milan.

Pésimo trato. Paolo, un trabajador de atención al cliente, nos mintió respecto al pago: primero dijo que teníamos que pagar con una tarjeta físicamente, no podíamos usar los datos que ya tenían de nuestra tarjeta como fianza. Cinco minutos después y sin mi consentimiento, realizó el cobro a esta tarjeta (habiendo dicho que era imposible). Un robo y un descaro. Este empleado nos mintió a la cara y nos cobró en la tarjeta sin consentimiento. Es un NH y no vale ni la mitad de su carísimo precio. Además de estar mal comunicado con Milán, un trato increiblemente vergonzoso.Un día antes a este incidente, nos habían cobrado dos veces el precio de la habitación. Esto lo solucionaron pero siguieron haciéndolo mal y mintiendo.El desayuno, una cutrez.Espero que arreglen algo de todo el desastre que tienen montado.

Muy buen sitio. Las instalaciones estan muy bien. La unica pega que le pondria, es que a pesar de tener buenos accesos, el GPS en dos ocasiones se ha liado un poco

Muy buena ubicacacion, pero excesivamente caro durante la semana de la feria del mueble. Habitaciones sencillas con armarios muy pequeños y pocas perchas. Desayuno muy bueno, pero claro, con el precio que cobran ya pueden dar buen desayuno, aunque se nota que han bajado la claidad con respecto a años anteriores

Hotel con falta de encanto, la ubicación perfecta para asistir al recinto ferial, la parada de metro más cercana 25min andando,el restaurante está muy buen, cocina italiana con buena materia prima.Las habitaciones limpias y la cama muy cómoda.

A fairly new hotel, basic room looks rather clinical with all the white walls and items. Clean room, on the small side for a double. Good size bathroom, no bath, just shower. No free water in the room or a kettle. Compared to other NH hotels the room didn't feel as nice. Breakfast was fine, a reasonable selection.

Awesome hotel.Nice super friendly staff.The restaurants were amazing some of the best food I had in Milan was the dinner at this hotel. One thing to note, this hotel is at the last stop on the red subway line and is about a 10 minute walk from the station around the convention center. It is technically outside the city limits so make certain your train or subway ticket includes the stops outside the city center. The rooms are comfortable and ultra modern.The outside grounds come off as a little sterile mostly because nothing is around the hotel.The convention center is across the street and that's all that is nearby.Walkable restaurants without hopping on the subway to downtown weren't really a thing.There is a small convenience store and fuel station on the one corner of the property that does sell delicious sandwiches though. All of the staff spoke excellent English as well which was very welcome as a first time business traveler from the US.

I visited over an expo weekend and the hotel was completely full. I was very impressed by the ability of the staff to manage everything well with so many guests. They were friendly and well organized. Also, the food in the restaurant was delicious: some of the best hotel food I have ever had!

Location to the Milan Games Week was perfect! Room did the job and the staff was super helpful. Especially being an English speaking guest. Restaurant was good but overall it was very isolated from activities outside the show. If they had more to do at the hotel that would have been a big plus

The hotel attracts the attention from far away because of its unique design. It is located right outside of Milano and next to the Fiera Milano. Staff is very polite, rooms are spacious and bright. When curtains are closed it is absolutely dark in the room. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and shower is great. Breakfast is in a nice and large place. There is not huge selection of food, I would say the basic things with a lot of focus on fruits but you can find everything you need. Subway stop is 12 minutes walking from the hotel, and another 30 to the city center.

Muy buena ubicación sin vas a la feria de Milán,la boca del metro está a 1 km del hotel, tardas 30 minutos para llegar al centro de Milán.El hotel tiene un restaurante aceptable para la categoría que tiene, la atención en recepción es buena.
