Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. They compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you won't be disappointed. I was in that hotel with my wife for 3 nights , amazing room and very good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, cleaning room daily, for sure recommend it to family and friends, looking forward to coming back

Staying here for 3 nights for a business trip. Costs a whopping 150€ a night. No wifi connection in the room. I was told it’s been like this for 3-4 days and nothing been done. Certainly don’t want to be be back here.

I can't say how angry I am. 40+ stays in Hotels in Europe this year and in 90% of the cases during spring or autumn or winter the hotels decide it has to be warm in the rooms now, everybody gets heating if they want it or not. Best thing: the staff doesn't even know or understand in most cases. Everybody tells you: "sure! Aircondition is working" I seem to be the only person who likes it cool to sleep because it's 24°+ in every room I get and noone seems to care. In 70% it's not possible to open a window, in the other 30 it's unbearably loud when doing so. This hotel offers none of the above options. No cooling, just a tiny amount of open window and it's loud too.

Clean well ordered room. Restaurant good selection including GF, DF and vegetarian options. Poor check out and check in speed. Safe not working never resolved on my 3 night stay and refusal to invoice ahead via company account not possible (9nly hotel I have ever experienced who won't allow upfront payment from company rather then my credit card) lots of payment problems at check out for everyone

Very lovely staff, happy to help. We got a room upgrade as the hotel has building work going on. It didn't disrupt us, but looked a bit like a building site in some areas! Once inside the room it was very nice. Great air conditioning, was very hot in Milan. Easy to take a taxi from milano centrale to the hotel and cost us 14 euros there, but 24.50 euros back??!!

Visited my colleagues for a business trip stay for one week. Hotel had some renovation going on but managed it without disturbing the customers. Breakfast was good and great customer service from the front desk. M1 subway line will take you to the city center. Subway stop is a 5min walk. No restaurants around the hotel but reception suggested Morganti Restaurant which was kind to arrange free pickup and drop off to the hotel. All in all great place to stay!

Stayed there for 2 night and was quite a pleasent experience! The room has has all appliances you need. Clean friendly environment and good location. You can take metro M1 to Milan centrale in few minutes. There is some fast food and pizza store very close to the hotel which is open until late night.

Muy buen hotel, muy buena habitaciones. El desayuno es muy bueno. La atención es muy buena, sobre todo por parte de Gennaro que nos atendió muy bien en el desayuno. La estación de metro está a 2 minutos de el hotel, y tiene una línea de metro directa al duomo en 15 minutos. Hotel perfecto ,encantado.

This hotel was great! It was very afforable, while also being close to the center. It only took 15 mins to go to the city center via metro. Also our view was great! We asked to placed at a high floor. And the staff kindly agreed. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, they all speak english.

Hotel cerca de la boca del metro. Los fines de semana para cenar no abren el restaurante.El desayuno por las medidas covid no era autoservicio tipo bufet . Se hace algo incomodo pues haces cola para que te sirvan.

No clean tables at breakfast so nowhere to sit (and nothing to eat as well). During check out they made a mistake and tried to charge me with 50 Euro extra. Small rooms with small windows, bad service (or should I say no service). In general, a very bad experience

Buen hotel situado a las afueras de Milán. Habitaciones y servicio de muy buena calidad en especial a Carmen, la recepcionista, que nos ha tratado muy bien.Habitaciones cómodas y silenciosas.Para mejorar, el horario del bar tendría que ser un poco más amplio y el desayuno un poco más completo.

Parking wasn't free to my disappointed. 1.5 litters of water is 4.5 euros. Everything else ok. Clean, comfortable. Curtains didn't close all the way and it was a bit bright with a laser beam of sunlight in the morning. Second night we closed it better with a backpack. But for the rest we loved our stay.

Limpio y con la habitación espaciosa. Facilidad para aparcar gratis en la calle. Lo único malo es que nos han cobrado 8€ adicionales a cada uno por "tasa turística", y no nos habían dicho nada ni al hacer la reserva ni al hacer el check in. Y nos ha parecido un poco engañoso.Clean and with a comftable room. Easy to park for free outside. We are a bit disappointed because they charge to us 8 euros additionality (each other) for "tourist tax". We didn't knew anything when we book or in the ckeck in. Little tricky.

No está en el centro, pero sí muy bien comunicado por transporte público (línea roja del metro, directa al Duomo). La zona por la noche está un poco desangelada, pero por contra es fácil aparcar por allí. POSITIVO: trato fantástico por parte del personal, buen desayuno buffet y cama muy cómoda. NEGATIVO: las ventanas filtraban el ruido del tráfico (la habitación se encontraba en el segundo piso).

Parece que está muy lejos del centro de Milán y para nada, tardará cerca de 15/20 minutos el trayecto al centro. Si eres de los que sales del hotel por la mañana y vuelve por la noche es perfecto para ti.Además, al estar alejado es más barato, tiene un desayuno buenísimo y nosotros siempre lo recomendamos a amigos y familiares.

One of the best experiences in a 4 star hotel. First of all, the front of the house staff service was beyond reproach. Always friendly, welcoming, approachable and ready to help. We asked for an extra bedsheet and they were happy to oblige without hesitation. Now the room - again, the bed comfort, the beadings, room furniture, bathroom design and facilities are some of the best in class. I slept in same comfort or better than my own home. Only one thing I would mention, perhaps a little more variety on the breakfast menu would be a welcomed change. Apart from an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel offers paid parking but there's much cheaper parking available across the road. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Commendable staff.. We arrived at the hotel quite early, and with smiles they tried their best to accommodate us and arranged an early check-in.. Our son was quite hungry and naturally our breakfast wasn't covered for that day. However the staff were very kind to arrange something for us(which we asked to be billed)to eat and ease off our stomach..and was on the house.. We definitely enjoyed the hospitality and thank them for making the stay truly stress free.. We would certainly use their services in the future..

The front desk personal very friendly and helpful. The pillows were.wonderful soft and hard at the same time. Cleaning was done nicely every day without disturbing us. The rooms are nice and modern. Good diverse breakfast.Things that were not so good: - the heating was not good! It got warm in the room in a very long period of time. I had to talk to the reception to come and do something to get the heating on faster. -the shower - the water comes only from above and cleaning yourself is a bit difficult.
